Η Τσικελούδη Μαρία είναι Δερματολόγος - Αφροδισιολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο, στη Θεσσαλονίκη, ενώ, παράλληλα, διατηρεί ενεργή παρουσία στον ιδιωτικό τομέα στο Λονδίνο. Aποφοίτησε το 2002 από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης. Κατόπιν τρίμηνης εκπαίδευσης στο Γ.Ν. Λάρισας, ολοκλήρωσε την υπηρεσία υπαίθρου στο Π.Ι. Κοιλάδας του Κ.Υ. Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής της στο Λονδίνο, ασχολήθηκε εκτενώς με το γνωστικό αντικείμενο του καρκίνου του δέρματος, εστιάζοντας στην πρώιμη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση του. Συγχρόνως, μετεκπαιδεύτηκε στη Δερματολογία Παίδων, από το British Society for Pediatric Dermatology (Birmingham Women’s and Children’s NHS Foundation Trust, Royal Hallamshire Hospital), καθώς και στον τομέα της Δερματοχειρουργικής από το British Society for Dermatosurgery.
