Markatis Fotis MD, PhD, FACS is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains private practices in Peristeri and Glyfada. Simultaneously, he serves as the Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic at Metropolitan Hospital and Scientific Head of the Diabetic Foot Clinic. He holds a doctorate and is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, he holds the "Basic Surgical Skills" Diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons of the United Kingdom and, since 2018, he has held the title of Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, which was awarded to him in Boston, USA. He specialized in Vascular Surgery at the 1st Surgical Clinic of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens at the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko" and subsequently received further training in Hybrid and Endovascular techniques for the repair of vascular diseases and thoracoabdominal aortic conditions at Saint-Joseph Hospital in Marseille, supported by a scholarship from the European Society of Vascular Surgery. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad, has extensive teaching and publishing activity, and has published original research papers in Greek and international scientific journals. Finally, he is a member of the Medical Association of Athens, the Medical Association of Marseille, the British Medical Association, and the European Society for Vascular Surgery.

Georgios Xatzantonis is a vascular surgeon-endovascular surgeon. He trained at one of the largest centers for diabetic foot management and vascular access (fistula) in Germany and specializes in innovative endovascular techniques, having performed over 2,000 related procedures on hemodialysis patients in Germany and Greece. He is the head of the Vascular Access Center at Errikos Dunant Hospital, as well as the head of the Vascular Access Department at the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at GNA “Laiko” Hospital. Mr. Xatzantonis is the pioneer behind the establishment of the first vascular access center in Greece, recognized by the international Vascular Access Society as a training center for vascular access surgery for hemodialysis patients. Finally, the physician is a scientific collaborator at Errikos Dunant Hospital, Mediterraneo Hospital, and GNA “Laiko” Hospital.

Vakalopoulos Paulos MD, MSc is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, former Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens, and Director of the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital in Glyfada. He is a graduate of Military Medicine (SSAS), which trains Medical Officers of the Armed Forces who simultaneously attend the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This dual qualification was achieved with considerable effort, while his continuous education and many years of experience, both at the Naval Hospital of Athens and other units of the Navy, as well as in the private sector, have entrusted him with duties and responsibilities requiring expert knowledge of modern medical technology and decisiveness in daily patient care. His pursuit of advancement in medical science and technology was fulfilled through his postgraduate training in Endovascular Vascular Surgery and Vascular Triplex at Imelda Hospital in Bonheiden, Belgium (2005). Numerous cases employing pioneering methods formed his daily training under the guidance of the Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic, Patrick Peeters. The determination of his mentor translated into trust for the trainee, resulting in a more comprehensive and effective education. His expertise in Vascular Ultrasound led him to attain a Master’s degree (2016) from the Medical School of the University of Thessaly, completed with distinction ("Excellent"). Ongoing education in new interventional methods using the latest and advanced innovative materials propelled him to earn a Master’s degree (2012) from the Medical School of the University of Athens, completed with distinction ("Excellent"). In the aforementioned Intergovernmental Postgraduate Program "Endovascular Techniques," he is an invited Professor, presenting the latest developments from clinical studies and interesting cases related to the Endovascular repair of Abdominal Aortic Aneurysms.

Xristodoulakis Dimitrios is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Pallini. He holds a PhD from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He specializes in endovascular vein surgery and is the first physician in Greece to apply radiofrequency (RF) for the occlusion of the great and small saphenous veins in chronic venous insufficiency (varicose veins - Venous Disease). Currently, he is a scientific collaborator at the vascular surgery clinic of "Bioclinic of Athens" and "Iaso General," and he is a member of numerous associations, including the Hellenic Society of Angiology - Phlebology and Vascular Surgery. Finally, he has presented selected papers at medical conferences and has authored 62 publications both in Greece and internationally.

Ο Αγγειοχειρουργός Dr. Μπαζίγος Γεράσιμος είναι Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών και διατηρεί ιδιωτικά ιατρεία στις Αχαρνές και την Ραφήνα. Αποφοίτησε το 2000 από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου «BRESCIA» της Ιταλίας με γενικό βαθμό πτυχίου «Άριστα». Το 2001 απέκτησε άδεια ασκήσεως επαγγέλματος στην Ιταλία έπειτα από μεταπτυχιακή εκπαίδευση στο «Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο BRESCIA» της Ιταλίας. Από το 2012 είναι κάτοχος Διακρατικού Μεταπτυχιακού Τίτλου σπουδών (ΜSc) με βαθμό «Άριστα», με αντικείμενο στις «Ενδαγγειακές Τεχνικές» στην Αγγειοχειρουργική, της Ιατρικής Σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών» και του «Πανεπιστημίου Bicocca» του Μιλάνο. Από το 2015 είναι κάτοχος διδακτορικού μετά την υποβολή της διδακτορικής του διατριβής (PhD) με τίτλο: «Επίδραση αντιοξειδωτικών και αντιφλεγμονωδών ουσιών και συνδυασμός αυτών σε κατάσταση ισχαιμίας - επαναιμάτωσης άνω μεσεντερίου αρτηρίας, στους νεφρούς», της Ιατρικής Σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών». Πειραματική μελέτη σε επίμυες η οποία αξιολογήθηκε με «Άριστα» και αναγόρευση σε διδάκτορα (Dr) της Ιατρικής σχολής του «Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών». Είναι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης στα νοσοκομεία «ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ ΑΘΗΝΩΝ», «ΑΤΤΙΚΟ ΘΕΡΑΠΕΥΤΗΡΙΟ» και «HOSPITALITY CLINIC». Έχει εξειδίκευση στην διαχείριση και θεραπεία της καρωτιδικής νόσου, των ανευρυσμάτων της κοιλιακής αορτής και της περιφερικής αρτηριοπάθειας των κάτω άκρων και στην χειρουργική των φλεβών και την αποκατάσταση τους, μετά από εμφάνιση κιρσών και ευρυαγγειών, τόσο με την κλασική όσο και την ενδαγγειακή χειρουργική.
