Διαβήτης κύησης 6ου μήνα: Είναι απαραίτητη η καισαρική στην 36η εβδομάδα;

Είμαι στον έκτο μήνα κύησης και διαγνώστηκα με διαβήτη κύησης (τύπου 97 νηστεία όχι μεταγευματικά), είμαι 37 ετών. Το μωρό είναι τέλειο σε μέγεθος, δεν υπάρχει αυξημένο αμνιακό. Ο γιατρός μου είπε από τώρα ότι θα πάμε γύρω στην 36η με καισαρική αφού θα ξεκινήσω ινσουλίνη. Είναι λόγος αυτός να μου προγραμματίσει καισαρική; Ξέρω κι άλλες με διαβήτη που γέννησαν φυσιολογικά. Καλησπέρα σας. Όχι, από μόνος του π διαβήτης κύησης υπό ινσουλίνη δεν είναι ένδειξη καισαρική. Όμως ο γιατρός σας γνωρίζει το πλήρες ιστορικό σας κ μπορεί να έχει αλλα δεδομένα που εμείς δεν γνωρίζουμε. Ελπίζω να βοήθησα έστω και στο ελάχιστο.
