Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital for Chest Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". Additionally, he received further training in Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetic Foot at the Diabetology Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Laiko," where he remained as a collaborator for over 10 years. He holds official specialization in Diabetes Mellitus. He has a particular interest and involvement in diabetes technology and insulin pumps. Papakonstantinou Euaggelia - Erasmia is a Cardiologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Smyrni. She was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2005 through national entrance exams and graduated with a grade of 8.3 in 2011. Subsequently, she specialized in Cardiology in North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, until 2019, when she obtained her specialty title in Düsseldorf. She has three years of clinical experience in the High Dependency and Intensive Care Unit in hospitals affiliated with the University Hospitals of Essen and Aachen and holds certification in transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography, as well as in emergency management including resuscitation and safe patient transfer (European Resuscitation Council). During her extended stay in Germany until 2021, she trained in the Hemodynamics Laboratory, the Department of Cardiac Ultrasound, and the Electrophysiology and Pacing Department. Currently, she is a Consultant in the Electrophysiology and Pacing Department at the "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center.

Klotsa Dimitra is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Zografou. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and received further training in echocardiography at King’s College Hospital in London. There, she specialized in the Heart Failure Clinic (diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients) and in the ultrasound department, performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms on patients with heart failure. Giourga Filanthi BSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. She has attended numerous seminars related to nutrition and has completed specializations in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete and obtained his Medical Specialty in Pathology in Athens in 2002. She holds a degree from the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki (A.T.E.I.TH.). She obtained her Master's Degree specializing in Clinical Dietetics. She has specialized in the nutritional management of various diseases related to cancer. Additionally, she has expertise in Cardiovascular Diseases and the Mediterranean Diet (National and Kapodistrian University of Athens), as well as in sports nutrition (Specialist in sports nutrition under the auspices of the International Society of Sports Nutrition, ISSN). The dietitian has received further training in the management of eating disorders (anorexia nervosa, bulimia, emotional overeating, etc.) and obesity, as well as in the nutritional management and treatment of patients with Irritable Bowel Syndrome through the FODMAP diet. In her private practice, she provides individualized nutrition programs and is specialized in sports nutrition, clinical dietetics, obesity, and metabolism.

Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.
