Giourga Filanthi BSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition Science and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University. She has attended numerous seminars related to nutrition and has completed specializations in Clinical Nutrition and Eating Disorders at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Her goal is to provide personalized nutritional solutions, tailored to the needs, lifestyle, and objectives of each individual. She focuses on weight management, improving health in chronic conditions, supporting cases of eating disorders, as well as nutritional education across all age groups. She believes that nutrition is not merely a diet but a lifestyle that can bring balance, well-being, and long-term health. Her purpose is to support every individual with guidance, encouragement, and positive energy, enabling them to develop healthy habits that will accompany them throughout their lives.

Η Σερεμέτη Σωτηρία είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό γραφείο "ClinEat" στην περιοχή της Αργυρούπολης. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, όπως η Στεφανιαία Νόσος, και με νεφρικά νοσήματα, όπως η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ευαγγελισμός» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής καθώς και σε γνωστό Διαιτολογικό γραφείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Κέντρων Αισθητικής στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακευτική εταιρεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. Από το 2018 αναλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση πλήθους περιστατικών, κλινικών και μη. Στα πλαίσια της περαιτέρω εκπαίδευσης της, παρακολουθεί συνέδρια και σεμινάρια δια βίου εκπαίδευσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και τον Μεταβολισμό με ποικίλη θεματολογία.

Συνεργάτης του Διαιτολογικού γραφείου είναι η κα Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, η οποία αναλαμβάνει κλινικά και μη περιστατικά του γραφείου, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του κάθε ασθενή. 

Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Γυμναστηρίων στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. 

Koumelli Areti is a Military Physician and Specialist Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Ambelokipi. She completed her specialization at the First University Cardiology Clinic of the "Hippocrateion" General Hospital of Athens. She holds the position of Consultant Cardiologist at the Cardiology Clinic of the 251st General Air Force Hospital. She is a PhD graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Additionally, she holds the European Diploma of Cardiology (ESC European Diploma of Cardiology). As part of her ongoing professional development, Dr. Koumelli regularly attends and participates as an invited speaker and commentator at numerous conferences both in Greece and abroad. Moreover, she has an extensive research portfolio and is the author of numerous papers and publications in international journals. Finally, she is a member of both the Hellenic and European Cardiology Societies.

Klotsa Dimitra is a Cardiologist who maintains a private practice in Zografou. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and received further training in echocardiography at King’s College Hospital in London. There, she specialized in the Heart Failure Clinic (diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up of patients) and in the ultrasound department, performing transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiograms on patients with heart failure. Additionally, she specialized in Pathology at the General Oncology Hospital "Agioi Anargyroi" and in Cardiology at the Cardiology Clinic of the Nursing Institution of the Army Pension Fund (NIMTS). Finally, she has conducted stress tests in the Nuclear Medicine Department of the Cardiology Athens, where she is also the Head of the Ultrasound Department.

Papaxatzakis Ioannis is an Intensivist and Internist who maintains a private practice in Glyfada. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras, specialized in Internal Medicine with postgraduate studies and is a PhD candidate. He works as a Senior Registrar in the ICU of the Errikos Dynan Hospital Center.

Nteli Spyridoula is a Dietitian - Nutritionist licensed to practice and operates a dietetics office in Lamia.

She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and has completed the postgraduate program titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" at the School of Medicine of Democritus University of Thrace.

She holds a Master Practitioner diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity for the treatment and management of eating disorders and obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders of the United Kingdom and the Hellenic Centre for Eating Disorder Treatment. Additionally, she is certified as a specialist in sports nutrition.

She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Lamia, where, as a trainee Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, she was responsible for designing daily diets for patients in various hospital clinics.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and regularly participates in seminars and scientific conferences, aiming for continuous professional development and staying informed about advancements in her field.

Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. In the past, she served as a Dietitian - Nutritionist at a Nutrition and Aesthetics Center and completed her internship in the Nutrition and Dietetics Department at the Korgialeneio-Benakio General Hospital (Red Cross). Currently, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with a Nursery School providing nutritional services as well as with a Wellness and Care Center.

Dr. Iona Ioanna MD PhD(c) is a specialist Cardiologist-Intensivist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. She began her medical training at the Hippocratio General Hospital of Athens (GNA Hippocratio), where she completed a 2-year residency in internal medicine and remained for an additional year as a scientific collaborator in the 1st University Cardiology Clinic of GNA "Hippocratio," during which she was designated a doctoral candidate. Since 2013, she has worked in the Cardiology Clinic of GNA "G. Gennimatas," where she completed her specialty training and obtained her board certification. Subsequently, she specialized in Intensive Care Medicine and worked in the ICU of the same hospital during the COVID-19 pandemic. Furthermore, she specialized in the latest echocardiographic techniques, including dynamic echocardiography (stress echo) with pharmacologic stress and three-dimensional transesophageal echocardiography at GNA "Hippocratio." She is an active member of the Hellenic and European Society of Cardiology as well as the European Society of Intensive Care Medicine.
