Vazaka Kely is a certified Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Paleo Faliro. She completed her studies in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. She continued her education in the Master's Program at Oxford University, titled "Applied Nutrition in Sports and Exercise." She firmly believes that our dietary habits are intrinsically linked to our psychology, which led her to pursue further training at the Center for Psychological Applications, in the seminar titled "Communication and Counseling Skills for Dietitians." During her internship, she worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the "Metaxa" Anticancer Hospital. Since 2021, she has worked in reputable dietetic offices. Her goal is to achieve each client's objectives through a balanced diet, personalized approach, and a healthy relationship with food!

Zaxarou Vera - Nutrithink is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and operates a private practice in Piraeus. She completed her studies in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Crete. Additionally, she attended a Health Coach training seminar and subsequently a professional development program in Pediatric Nutrition at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has experience and contributes articles to various websites.

Dr. Valvis Georgios is a General – Family Medicine physician with an active private practice in Piraeus. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having served in hospitals such as Tzaneio General Hospital of Piraeus and the General Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa." Since 2024, he has also been working as an occupational physician at doValue Greece through GEP SA, providing health and safety services. Throughout his career, he has managed a wide range of primary healthcare cases, prevention and management of chronic diseases, as well as comprehensive care for families and patients of all ages. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) in 2017 and obtained his specialty certification in General – Family Medicine in 2022. Additionally, he is continuing his scientific training with a Master's program (MSc) in "Modern Diagnostics in Dermatology and Allergology" at the Andreas Syngros Hospital for Venereal and Skin Diseases. Concurrently, he has attended numerous conferences and seminars, both in Greece and internationally, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to scientific education. Finally, the physician adopts a holistic approach to each patient, taking into account the entirety of their physical and mental health parameters.

Xoutopoulos Dimitrios is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains his dietetic practice in Kaisariani. He is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a master's degree from the Department of Medicine at the University of Thessaly, with a thesis on "Nutrition in Health and Disease." His practical training was completed in the dietetic department of the "Paediatric Agia Sofia" hospital, where he provided nutritional counseling to parents of children suffering from various metabolic diseases and autoimmune disorders, the most prominent of which are diabetes, celiac disease, and cystic fibrosis. His passion for education in the field of nutrition led him to attend numerous conferences/seminars, the most significant being "Specialist in Sports Nutrition" from the Ergometric Center for Nutrition and Exercise "Peak Performance." He also obtained additional certifications in Sports Nutrition, basic principles of Nutrition and Dietetics, seminars on the accurate diagnosis of hematological tests, as well as training in managing various autoimmune symptoms. Finally, the primary goal of the center is to offer prevention and treatment services, as well as to contribute decisively to improving the quality of life for individuals of all ages through specialized programs and the reliable advice of the dietitian - nutritionist.

Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, όπως η Στεφανιαία Νόσος, και με νεφρικά νοσήματα, όπως η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ευαγγελισμός» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής καθώς και σε γνωστό Διαιτολογικό γραφείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Κέντρων Αισθητικής στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακευτική εταιρεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. Από το 2018 αναλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση πλήθους περιστατικών, κλινικών και μη. Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής.
