Dr. Iona Ioanna MD PhD(c) is a specialist Cardiologist-Intensivist and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. She began her medical training at the Hippocratio General Hospital of Athens (GNA Hippocratio), where she completed a 2-year residency in internal medicine and remained for an additional year as a scientific collaborator in the 1st University Cardiology Clinic of GNA "Hippocratio," during which she was designated a doctoral candidate. Είναι πτυχιούχος του τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Καρδίτσας και κάτοχος του μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου «Διατροφή στην υγεία και την νόσο» από το τμήμα Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου  Θεσσαλίας. Έχει πιστοποιημένη επιμόρφωση στην Γνωστική Συμπεριφοριστική Θεραπεία από το Εθνικό & Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών.
