Η πίστη της στις δυνατότητες και την ομορφιά των ανθρώπων την οδήγησαν παράλληλα με την άσκηση της Ιατρικής αρχικά στην απόκτηση διπλώματος Συμβούλου Ψυχικής Υγείας (HND in Counselling and Psychology) στο Μεσογειακό Κολέγιο Αθηνών Mediterranean College. Ακολούθησε  διετής συμμετοχή της σε ομάδα εποπτείας και πρακτικής άσκησης  στο Κέντρο Συμβουλευτικής και Ψυχοθεραπείας «Ψυχήλατον» καθώς και εκπαίδευση  στις εφαρμογές της  Νευροανάδρασης στο Πολύκεντρο Ψυχιατρικής, Ψυχοθεραπείας και Νευροανάδρασης «Σύγχρονα Αμφιαράεια».
