During his military service, he served as a Unit Physician at the Special Forces Training Center in Nea Peramos, Attica, and as a Unit Physician at the 124 Combat Wing in Tripoli. It would be remiss not to mention the physician’s extensive educational experience: He participated in the undergraduate teaching of medical students at the Medical School of Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz, Germany, for five years in the course of Otolaryngology and also served as an examiner for students in the final oral examinations of the same course.
