Georgios Xatzantonis is a vascular surgeon-endovascular surgeon. He trained at one of the largest centers for diabetic foot management and vascular access (fistula) in Germany and specializes in innovative endovascular techniques, having performed over 2,000 related procedures on hemodialysis patients in Germany and Greece. He is the head of the Vascular Access Center at Errikos Dunant Hospital, as well as the head of the Vascular Access Department at the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, at GNA “Laiko” Hospital. Mr. Xatzantonis is the pioneer behind the establishment of the first vascular access center in Greece, recognized by the international Vascular Access Society as a training center for vascular access surgery for hemodialysis patients. Finally, the physician is a scientific collaborator at Errikos Dunant Hospital, Mediterraneo Hospital, and GNA “Laiko” Hospital.

Dr. Tsoutsas Ioannis A is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Vrilissia. He completed his medical studies at the Medical School of Rome (La Sapienza - Roma) and additional training in Vascular Ultrasound Imaging as well as Endovascular Surgery at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has worked as a Resident and Specialist Vascular Surgeon at the Attikon General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio" and currently serves as the Scientific Director of the Vascular Surgery Department at the "IASO" group. Furthermore, he possesses extensive experience in General Surgery from the Athens Polyclinic and the Athens General Hospital "Evangelismos," in Vascular Surgery from the Attikon General Hospital "Sismanoglio," and in Thoracic Surgery from the Athens General Hospital Hippocrates. Dr. Konstantopoulos Theofanis MD, MSc, PhD is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, Doctor of the Medical School of Athens, with a private practice in Mavili Square. He holds a Medical Degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and the Military Officer School of Corps, and he received further training at Madigan Army Medical Centre in the United States of America. He specialized in General Surgery at the First Surgical Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and the First Surgical Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio." Additionally, he specialized in Vascular Surgery at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Sismanoglio" and completed a postgraduate program in Vascular Surgery and Endovascular Techniques at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is conducting his doctoral thesis on the "Study of angiogenesis factors during intermittent application of percutaneous electrical stimulation in patients with peripheral artery disease" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He is a Consultant at the Vascular Surgery Department of the 417 Nursing Foundation of the Army Pension Fund and has served as a Scientific Collaborator at the General Hospital of Rhodes. Finally, Dr. Konstantopoulos actively participates in numerous conferences and seminars in Greece and abroad as part of his continuous professional development.

Ο Ποτουρίδης Αναστάσιος Md, MSc, PhDc είναι Αγγειοχειρουργός - Αγγειολόγος και Υποψήφιος Διδάκτωρ του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης με πρότυπο ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Θεσσαλονίκη. Dr. Papakostas Ioannis MD, MSc, PhD is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist and maintains private clinics in Ioannina and Preveza. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of Ioannina, a Master's degree in Endovascular Surgery from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and the University of Bicocca/Milano, and a degree from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina with a specialty in vascular surgery. Additionally, he has completed further training in the treatment of venous diseases using endovenous laser and other methods at the Vascular Surgery Clinic of Stony Brook University, New York. The doctor specializes in endovascular vein surgery, telangiectasias, and endovascular arterial surgery. Moreover, he has authored a significant number of foreign-language and Greek scientific papers published in reputable international and Greek medical scientific journals. He has also contributed to the writing of medical books in the field of vascular surgery and serves as a reviewer of scientific papers in this field for international medical journals. Vakalopoulos Paulos MD, MSc is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist, former Director of the Vascular Surgery Clinic at the Naval Hospital of Athens, and Director of the 2nd Vascular Surgery Clinic at Mediterraneo Hospital in Glyfada. He is a graduate of Military Medicine (SSAS), which trains Medical Officers of the Armed Forces who simultaneously attend the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. This dual qualification was achieved with considerable effort, while his continuous education and many years of experience, both at the Naval Hospital of Athens and other units of the Navy, as well as in the private sector, have entrusted him with duties and responsibilities requiring expert knowledge of modern medical technology and decisiveness in daily patient care. His pursuit of advancement in medical science and technology was fulfilled through his postgraduate training in Endovascular Vascular Surgery and Vascular Triplex at Imelda Hospital in Bonheiden, Belgium (2005). Ongoing education in new interventional methods using the latest and advanced innovative materials propelled him to earn a Master’s degree (2012) from the Medical School of the University of Athens, completed with distinction ("Excellent").
