Η Άννα Χανιώτη είναι Σύμβουλος Ψυχικής Υγείας και Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια με ειδίκευση στην Προσωποκεντρική Προσέγγιση. Εκπαιδεύτηκε στο 4ετες βιωματικό πρόγραμμα  "Προσωποκεντρικές Ρίζες" του Κολεγίου Ανθρωπιστικών Σπουδών ICPS, στην Αθήνα. Είναι εγκεκριμένη  Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια από το European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP) και διαθέτει το Ευρωπαϊκό Πιστοποιητικό Ψυχοθεραπείας (ECP). Φροντίζει την επαγγελματική της εξέλιξη με διαρκή εποπτεία, θεραπεία και συμμετοχή σε σεμινάρια και συνέδρια. Ανάμεσα στα ενδιαφέροντά της είναι η σύνδεση των σύγχρονων νευροεπιστημών με την ψυχοθεραπεία, το αναπτυξιακό τραύμα και η επίδρασή του στις προσωπικές σχέσεις, η ψυχοσυναισθηματική φροντίδα των γυναικών στην εμμηνόπαυση και οι ομάδες συνάντησης και προσωπικής ανάπτυξης. 

Sonia Roboti is a Mental Health Counselor specializing in Counseling Psychotherapy, with a deep belief in the power of the therapeutic relationship. She sees therapy not just as a means of managing difficulties but as the creation of a safe space where individuals can stand honestly before themselves—without fear, shame, or guilt.

She graduated in 2022 from the University of Central Lancashire with a BSc in Psychology and is currently pursuing her MA in Counseling & Psychotherapy at the University of East London (2022-2025). At the same time, she has gained valuable professional experience, maintaining a private practice since 2022. She has also worked at Metropolitan College (2023-2025), the Nea Makri Speech Therapy Center (2022-2023), and the "Lara" Guide Dog School (2022-2023).

Throughout her professional journey, she has worked with individuals who feel exhausted from "keeping everything inside" or trying to be okay for everyone else. Whether dealing with anxiety, grief, internal conflicts, identity struggles, or the need to reconnect with themselves, her goal is to help them feel lighter, more confident, and freer.

She is trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), but above all, she offers presence—an authentic, warm, and steady presence that does not judge, pressure, or pretend to have all the answers. She believes that therapy is a shared journey of discovery, where answers are found together with the client.

Sonia has participated in various scientific conferences and training programs, including Workplace Stress and Burnout Syndrome at the University of Ioannina (2024), the Forensic Psychology Conference at London Metropolitan University (2024), as well as seminars on Clinical Psychopathology at the Hellenic Open University (2023) and Domestic Violence at City Unity (2023).

Her sessions are conducted online, allowing clients to engage in therapy from the comfort of their own space and on their own time. With professionalism, empathy, and deep respect, she is dedicated to providing a genuine space for healing and personal growth.

Η Σαλιβέρου Ελισάβετ είναι Ψυχοπαιδαγωγός (MSc Συμβουλευτικής ΕΚΠΑ) και Συστημική/Οικογενειακή Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια (Εργαστήριο Διερεύνησης Ανθρώπινων Σχέσεων). Εργάζεται με ανθρώπους πάνω σε ζητήματα σχέσεων, οικογένειας, περιγεννητικής περιόδου, παιδιών, εφήβων, αλλά και ειδικότερων θεμάτων όπως εξαρτήσεις, αναπηρία, διαζύγιο, σχολική άρνηση, bullying, διατροφικές διαταραχές, άγχος, πένθος, ηθική ή σεξουαλική παρενόχληση, mobbing, παιδική ή έμφυλη κακοποίηση.
