Η Λιανού Κατερίνα είναι Φυσικοθεραπεύτρια , Επιστημονικά Υπεύθυνη και Συνιδρύτρια του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας " JP FITNESS " στην Καλλιθέα, από το 2018 έως και σήμερα. 

Ήταν συνιδρύτρια και επιστημονική υπεύθυνη του Πρότυπου Κέντρου Φυσικοθεραπείας “Κίνηση & Θεραπεία” από το 2004 έως και το 2017.

Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Fatouros Andreas is a Physiotherapist who operates a private physiotherapy clinic in Paleo Faliro. He holds a degree in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Lamia and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists (PAP). He has attended a seminar program on acupuncture at the David G. Simons Academy. Additionally, beyond his basic degree, he has completed postgraduate studies in the field of Manual Therapy with recognition from the global federation IFOMPT. Ο Παπανικολάου Παντελεήμων είναι Νευροχειρουργός / Ειδικός Χειρουργός Σπονδυλικής Στήλης και διατηρεί τα ιδιωτικά του ιατρεία στην Νέα Σμύρνη και στην Πεύκη. Ο ιατρός διατελεί Διευθυντής Νευροχειρουργικού Τμήματος του Ιατρικού Κέντρου Π. Φαλήρου/Αθηνών. Την ίδια περίοδο εργάστηκε ως Διευθυντής Νευροχειρουργικής Κλινικής και Κλινική Σπονδυλικής Στήλης στα Ιδιωτικά Νοσοκομεία Nuffield Health Hospital στο Wolverhampton και στο Rowley Hall Hospital, Ramsay Group του Stafford. Κατόπιν χρόνων εκπαίδευσης και εξειδικεύσεων απέκτησε ευρεία γνώση στην χειρουργική και συντηρητική αντιμετώπιση των παθήσεων του κεντρικού/περιφερικού νευρικού συστήματος και σπονδυλικής στήλης και ακολουθεί πιστά τα διεθνή δεδομένα στην Νευροχειρουργική επιστήμη. She studied Physiotherapy at the Athens Technological Educational Institute (T.E.I.) and graduated in 1990. She continuously enriches her knowledge by attending conferences and scientific seminars on specialized topics within the field of physiotherapy. Dr Loupas Dimitrios is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized at the University Orthopedic Clinic at KAT Hospital and completed his doctoral dissertation at the Medical School of the University of Athens. He specialized in sports injuries (Sports Injuries Clinic at KAT) and at the Athens Medical Center (under the direction of L. Nikolaou). Την ειδικότητα του την ολοκλήρωσε στο 401 Γενικό Στρατιωτικό Νοσοκομείο  Αθηνών όπου θήτευσε δίπλα σε σπουδαίους χειρουργούς και απέκτησε πιστοποιημένη εμπειρία στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις και την Αρθροσκοπική χειρουργική του Ώμου και του Γόνατος.  Επίσης, σημαντική είναι η εκπαίδευση που έλαβε στην Παιδοορθοπαιδική στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων “Αγία Σοφία”. Διετέλεσε για ένα διάστημα στην Ορθοπαιδική κλινική του Kungsbacka Hospital, University of Gothenburg, Sweden όπου και εκπαιδεύτηκε στις νεότερες τεχνικές της χειρουργικής του χόνδρου των αρθρώσεων υπό την καθοδήγηση ενός από τους πρωτοπόρους και διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένους χειρουργούς στο πεδίο αυτό, prof. Mats Brittberg. Dr Spiliotopoulos Georgios is a graduate of Medical School and a PhD candidate in Orthopedics at the University of Patras. He specialized at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and further specialized in Orthopedic Sports Medicine and modern minimally invasive surgical corrective techniques (MIS). Since 2018, he has been a Forensic Orthopedic Expert (technical consultant) for major insurance companies. He maintains a clinic in Neo Psychiko and is the head of the surgical team OrthoSoma (Ortho-Body).

Maria Xoumanidi is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Elliniko. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She has completed a postgraduate program in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, as well as a postgraduate program in "Applied Biomechanics and Biomaterials in Orthopedics" at the Medical School of the same institution. Dr. Pantos Panagiotis, MD, MSc, PhD, is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private practices in Marousi, Haidari, and Glyfada. He holds a PhD in Medicine from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the Medical School of the same institution. He also has a master's degree in Public Health from the National School of Public Health. Additionally, he is the Director of the Orthopedic Clinic - Upper Limb Department at the Athens Medical Center. In his private practices, he is capable of treating the full spectrum of shoulder conditions using either arthroscopic or open surgical techniques.

Ο Ευσταθίου Ανδρέας MSc, MBA, PhD, FHCOS είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιατρεία στην Αθήνα και στη Ναύπακτο. Αποφοίτησε από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου "Victor Babes" της Ρουμανίας και στη συνέχεια ειδικεύτηκε στην Ορθοπαιδική και Τραυματολογία στην Β΄ Ορθοπαιδική Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική στο Κωνσταντοπούλειο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Νέας Ιωνίας, όπου απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση ευρέοu φάσματος Ορθοπαιδικών παθήσεων και τραυματισμών. Κατά τη διάρκεια της εκπαίδευσής του, εκπαιδεύτηκε σε εξειδικευμένα τμήματα της Παιδοχειρουργικής, της Παιδοορθοπαιδικής, της Χειρουργικής Χεριού και της Μικροχειρουργικής, εμπλουτίζοντας την εμπειρία του σε σύνθετες παθήσεις και εξειδικευμένες χειρουργικές τεχνικές.

Σήμερα υπηρετεί ως Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης στην Κλινική Ρομποτικής Χειρουργικής Γόνατος και Ισχίου του Metropolitan General Hospital, ενώ έχει υπηρετήσει και ως Επικουρικός Χειρουργός Ορθοπαιδικός στην Πρωτοβάθμια Φροντίδα Υγείας. Το ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον του εστιάζεται στη χειρουργική γόνατος και ισχίου, στην τραυματολογία και στις σύγχρονες χειρουργικές τεχνικές, με στόχο τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη γρήγορη επάνοδο των ασθενών στην καθημερινότητά τους.
