Dr. Rathosis Spyros is a General Surgeon with a private practice in Patras. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD from the University of Patras, with a dissertation titled: "Control of splenic activity and immunological effects post-splenectomy." He specialized in General Surgery at the University Surgical Clinic of the General Hospital of Patras and further specialized in Laparoscopic Surgery at the University Surgical Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens, Hippocrates. He has served in all levels of the National Health System (ESY) and for the past years has held the position of ESY Director in the surgical clinic of the General Hospital of Patras. He has participated in numerous medical conferences in Greece and abroad and has published scientific papers in both Greek and international journals.
