From 1999 to 2000, she served as a rural doctor in the surgical clinic of the General Hospital of Sparta and at the Regional Medical Center of Elafonisos. She trained in the field of General Surgery at the 2nd Surgical Department of the Konstantopouleio General Hospital of Nea Ionia "Agia Olga." She specialized in Otolaryngology at the 1st University Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippocratio," where she obtained her specialty title in 2007. Subsequently, she worked at the National Foundation for the Deaf, where she participated in the Neonatal Hearing Loss Early Detection Program. Since 2010, she has maintained a private practice and is a permanent collaborator of the Athens Rhinology Group. She manages cases covering the entire spectrum of her specialty, with a special interest in Endoscopic Surgery of the Nose and Paranasal Sinuses. She has published scientific studies, both in foreign languages and in Greek, and has participated in numerous scientific conferences. Finally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Rhinologic Society, and the European Rhinologic Society.

Passou Elpida is an Otolaryngologist who maintains private practices in Neo Psychiko and Ampelokipi. She holds a postgraduate degree in Public Health Administration and received postgraduate training in Neuro-otology at University College London Hospital. Since 1993, she has been practicing medicine in major hospitals in Athens, such as the "Errikos Dynan Hospital" and the Athens Medical Center. Additionally, she has taught at the Red Cross Hospital and the Konstadopouleio Agia Olga Hospital. Currently, both in her private practice and at Errikos Dynan Hospital, the doctor is able to examine, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute and chronic disorders of auditory function and disorders of balance and spatial orientation, such as vertigo, dizziness, instability, and migraine. Finally, she has participated in numerous Greek and international conferences and seminars both as a speaker and trainee and is a member of Greek and international medical associations.
