Kapetanakis Nikolaos MD, PhD is a Gastroenterologist and operates a private Gastroenterology Center in Volos. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, specializing in colorectal cancer, specifically the role of Helicobacter pylori in colorectal carcinogenesis. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Volos and specialized in Gastroenterology at Hippokration Hospital of Thessaloniki, where he also served as a Scientific Collaborator in the Gastroenterology Department of the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic. Stoupar Mprana is a Gastroenterologist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. She is also a Scientific Collaborator of the Gastroenterology Department at Metropolitan General in Cholargos and at the "Olympion" Clinic, General Clinic of Patras. She graduated with honors from the Medical School of the University of Novi Sad, Serbia, and completed her practical training in the Nephrology Department of the University Hospital of Ljubljana, Slovenia, and the Surgical Department of the University Hospital of Bari, Italy. Kyriakos Nikolaos MD, PhD is a Gastroenterologist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. He holds a doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a dissertation focused on wireless capsule endoscopy of the small intestine. Additionally, he possesses the European Board of Gastroenterology & Hepatology diploma and is a graduate of the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki as well as the Military School of Corps Officers (SSAS). He completed his specialization in general pathology at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and in gastroenterology at the 1st Gastroenterology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". He is a Consultant at the Gastroenterology Clinic of the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and an External Collaborator at the "Vioclinic Ampelokipoi" Hospital. In his private practice, he provides services for all digestive system diseases, idiopathic inflammatory bowel diseases (ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease), and endoscopic procedures (gastroscopy, colonoscopy, polyp removal). Finally, he has attended numerous conferences in Greece and abroad and is a member of the Hellenic Gastroenterology Society, the Hellenic Foundation for Gastroenterology and Nutrition, and the Hellenic Study Group for Idiopathic Inflammatory Bowel Diseases.

Papaleksi Fani is a Gastroenterologist with private practices in the center of Thessaloniki and Kalamaria. She also serves as a Scientific Associate at the 4th University Department of Internal Medicine in Thessaloniki and as a collaborator of the BioClinic Thessaloniki. She holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and is a doctoral candidate in Medicine at the same institution. She obtained her specialty in Gastroenterology at the 1st Propaedeutic Clinic of the General University Hospital of Thessaloniki "AXEPA" and received further training in interventional endoscopy in Rome. She has participated as a researcher in international research protocols in the field of viral hepatitis and idiopathic inflammatory bowel diseases. Dr. Zogas Nikolaos is a Gastroenterologist - Hepatologist with a clinic in Kallithea and an external collaborator of some of the largest private clinics in Athens where he performs endoscopy. He graduated from the University of Udine in Italy. He served as Director at the Department of Pathology and Gastroenterology of the University Hospital in Umeå, Västerbotten, Sweden, where he obtained two specialty titles (recognized by the Greek Authorities): Gastroenterology - Hepatology and Internal Medicine. Additionally, he is a PhD candidate at the University of Umeå, where he also served as a trainer for medical residents and nurses at the Medicinkliniken and holds, among others, certification from the two-year program Grundläggande Forskningsmetodik för läkare. He has many years of experience in monitoring hepatology patients and is particularly specialized in clinical (ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, diarrheal syndromes, constipation, celiac disease, Helicobacter pylori, collagenous gastritis, etc.) and interventional gastroenterology with numerous difficult endoscopies, polypectomies, and other interventional procedures. He has specific expertise in interventional procedures such as large polyp polypectomies with EMR, balloon enteroscopy (double or single balloon enteroscopy), esophageal variceal ligation, dilation of gastrointestinal strictures, gastrostomy placement (PEG), and others. He served as a consultant in the Gastroenterology Department of the hospital "Elpis" until the end of 2020.
