Ειδικεύθηκε στην Ωτορινολαρυγγολογία στο Ναυτικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών, όπου και ειδικεύτηκε σε ευρύτερο πεδίο ρινοχειρουργικής και ρινοπλαστικής περί τα 3.000 περιστατικά. Έκανε clinical attachment στο Νοσοκομείο Wythensaw-Withington, S. Manchester, U.K , Τμήμα ΩΡΛ. Επιπλέον, έκανε μετεκπαίδευση στην Πλαστική Χειρουργική Προσώπου στο Πανεπιστήμιο UIC, Chicago, USA και  με ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον στην επανορθωτική ρινοπλαστική . Η δρ. Κυπραίου είναι η πρώτη διπλωματούχος στην Ελλάδα του International Board for Certification Πλαστικής & Επανορθωτικής Προσώπου.
