My name is Dimitrios Tzouras and I am a physiotherapist specializing in musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation as well as human body performance – ranging from elite athletes to everyday individuals seeking better movement and a life without pain.

I hold a University degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Thessaly, a Master's Diploma in Kinesiology from the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science (T.E.F.A.A) of Serres, part of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, with a specialization in analysis and programming of human movement.

I also studied at the Department of Physical Education and Sport Science at Democritus University of Thrace.

I hold a Manual Therapy Diploma from H-OMTeDu (IFOMPT) and certification in McKenzie mechanical diagnosis and therapy from the Hellenic Institute.

In parallel, I have attended seminars in Greece and abroad in: Mulligan, Clinical Pilates, Re-Thinking Rotator Cuff Rehabilitation, Management of the complex Shoulder, Spine Rehabilitation, Ergon IASTM, PNF Advance, Strength & Conditioning, Specified instructor in Function Cross Training, and have participated in numerous scientific workshops and conferences.

Due to my scientific expertise, I am a frequent invited speaker at T.E.F.A.A Thessaloniki, where I teach courses on Manual Therapy Techniques and Core Stability.

I have worked at Formula Medicine Italy in preparing and rehabilitating high-level athletes (volleyball, skiing, football, basketball, swimming) and with racing drivers from Formula 4 to Formula 2.

Physioaskisis -Afoi Tsiampa is a physiotherapy center located in Chalandri, led by Thanos Tsiampas, who completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Brighton in the United Kingdom. At the physiotherapy center, each patient can receive information on the appropriate rehabilitation and treatment methods for their condition. He is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Thessaly. Since 2021, he has been a Collaborating Surgeon at the A’ Orthopedic Clinic of the Interbalkan Medical Center of Thessaloniki and a direct collaborator of Dr. Stylianos Kapetanakis in the Spine & Deformities Department. Simultaneously, he serves as a Collaborating Physician at the Athens Medical Center in Marousi and Psychiko. He specializes in knee and hip arthroplasties with customized implants, spinal surgery, knee and shoulder arthroscopies, as well as pediatric orthopedics. In his private practices, he provides a wide range of services tailored to the individual needs of each patient, always with respect to the patient himself.

Akis Loukopoulos is a Physiotherapist who operates a private rehabilitation clinic. He graduated from the Department of Physiotherapy at the University of West Attica and provides specialized and effective treatments to both athletes and non-athletes. For the past six years, he has been practicing as a freelancer, managing cases of all kinds. He has gained particular experience working with track and field athletes, swimmers, and basketball players, which is closely related to his own background as a professional water polo player. He is specialized in Manual Therapy (Mulligan Concept), Dry Needling (University of West Attica), Myofascial Release, Ergon Therapy, combining the most modern techniques along with classic physical therapy modalities to offer targeted solutions for musculoskeletal injuries of all kinds, athlete rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and neurological patient care. Ruth Morlas is a physiotherapist and the founder of the private physiotherapy center PhysioFuture in Heraklion, Attica. In her modern and fully equipped facility, she offers personalized, patient-centered treatments tailored to each individual’s specific condition and unique needs. Her therapeutic approach combines manual therapy and osteopathic techniques with therapeutic exercise, aiming for optimal functional recovery and an improved quality of life for her patients.

Mpaltopoulos Ioannis is an Orthopedic Surgeon and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He completed his medical studies at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA) and postgraduate studies in Health Services Management and Crisis Management. He obtained his specialty title from the 1st Orthopedic Clinic of KAT General Hospital. He possesses significant clinical experience and serves as an Orthopedic Surgeon and Traumatologist at the Athens Bioclinic.

Troupi Eleni is a Physiotherapist with a private rehabilitation physiotherapy clinic in Nea Smyrni. She holds a degree from the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences. She trained at Savonlinna Hospital University Hospital in Finland and subsequently began her postgraduate studies in Sports Physiotherapy at the University of Novi Sad in Serbia. During 2009-2010, she obtained a diploma in neuro-reflex therapy (Manual Neurotherapy) under Nico Pauli, while simultaneously training in acupuncture for musculoskeletal issues, Trigger Point Therapy, as well as mobilization techniques of the spine and peripheral joints (Manual Therapy) using Mulligan and McCarthy techniques. She is also involved in the ultrasonographic evaluation of peripheral joints with musculoskeletal ultrasound. Finally, she has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops in Greece and abroad and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Panhellenic Union of Physiotherapy Laboratory Technicians, and the European Society of Shoulder and Elbow Rehabilitation.

Ο Αθανάσιος Κασιάρας είναι Ορθοπεδικός Χειρουργός, ιδρυτής και διευθύνων ιατρός στην Κλινική KS ΙΑΤΡΙΚΟ, που βρίσκεται στη Γλυφάδα και στη Ραφήνα. Tolis Konstantinos MD, MSc, PhDc is an Orthopedic Surgeon with a private practice in Kolonaki. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a PhD candidate at the same institution. Additionally, he holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" with a thesis on the "Pathophysiology of Bone Pain" from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He initially specialized in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Pyrgos "Andreas Papandreou," in Pediatric Orthopedics at the First Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "P. & A. Kyriakou," and finally in General Orthopedics at the First University Orthopedic Clinic of the University General Hospital "Attikon." From 2014 to 2020, he was an Academic Fellow at the Laboratory for Research of Musculoskeletal Disorders "Th. Garofalidis," focusing on "Microsurgery" at the General Hospital of Attica KAT. He is the Deputy Director of the 8th Orthopedic Clinic at Metropolitan General and the Scientific Director of the Upper Limb - Microsurgery Clinic. She is a physiatrist, Senior Fellow of the European Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, a graduate of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki Medical School, with 13 years of experience in rehabilitation and recovery centers. Her training and specialization were completed in similar centers in Greece and Europe. Her clinic provides a personalized rehabilitation program for each patient to ensure the best possible treatment and healing.
