Ο Dr. Καραχοτζίτης Δ.Νικόλαος γεννήθηκε στην Αθήνα και μεγάλωσε στο Άργος. Το 2017 ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές του στο Pavol Jozef Šafárik University στο Κόσιτσε της Σλοβακίας. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ορθοπαιδική Χειρουργική στο Ασκληπιείο της Βούλας στο Δ´ Ορθοπαιδικό τμήμα αθλητικών κακώσεων του αείμνηστου Συντονιστή Διευθυντή Ιωάννη Μίχου. Εκπαιδεύτηκε για 6 μήνες στο τμήμα Νευροχειρουργικής στο ΝΙΜΤΣ - 417 Νοσηλευτικό Ιδρυμα Μετοχικού Ταμείου Στρατού.
