General surgeon with experience in Robotic surgery in the Southern suburbs of Athens

Ntourakis Dimitrios MD, PhD, FACS is a General Surgeon maintaining a private practice in Paleo Faliro. He is a Professor of Surgery at the European University of Cyprus and the Director of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Clinic at Iatriko Paleo Faliro. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the same institution’s Medical School. Additionally, he holds diplomas in Laparoscopic Surgery, Ultrasound, and Ultrasonographic Techniques from the University of Strasbourg, a diploma in Hepato-Biliary and Pancreatic Surgery from Paris XI University, and a diploma in Colorectal and Anal Surgery from Paris Diderot - Paris VII University. It is also noteworthy that he graduated from the Surgical Leadership Program at the Harvard Medical School. He initially specialized at Korgialeneio - Benakeio Hospital of the Hellenic Red Cross and subsequently continued his training at the University of Strasbourg, France, where he later served as Chef de Clinique des Universités. Finally, he has participated in numerous conferences and courses and has an extensive number of publications in international scientific journals. He is a member of scientific associations and societies in Greece and abroad.

Kratiras Zisis is an Assistant Professor of Urology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He works at the University General Hospital "Attikon" and maintains a private practice in Glyfada. He has served as a scientific collaborator at the Robotic and Minimally Invasive Surgery Center of the Medical Center of Athens. He studied at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, where he completed his doctoral thesis with distinction. He specialized in Urology at the Urology Clinic of the General Hospital of Athens "Hippokration," and during his specialty training, he was trained in Plastic Surgery and Gynecology at the Oncology Hospital of Athens "Agios Savvas." Furthermore, following Pan-European examinations, he obtained the title of Fellow of the European Board of Urology (FEBU). Subsequently, he completed advanced training in Laparoscopy and Endourology/Lithiasis Management at Monklands University Hospital in Glasgow, as well as in Robotic Surgery of the Upper Urinary Tract (kidney and ureter surgeries) at Queen Elizabeth University Hospital in Glasgow. In 2019, he worked for one year as an assistant consultant B at the "Achillopouleio" General Hospital of Volos. In 2020, he returned to the United Kingdom and undertook further training at Bradford University Hospital, completing a robotic fellowship in Robotic Surgery of the Lower Urinary Tract/Pelvis (prostate and bladder surgeries). In June 2022, he was appointed Assistant Professor of Urology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has participated in numerous Greek and international conferences, both as an invited speaker and as a presenter of posters and oral presentations, and has published numerous foreign-language articles in reputable journals in the scientific field. Finally, he has contributed as an author to the international English-language book on Robotic Urology "Robotics in Genitourinary Surgery," edition 2, Springer.
