Η υπαρξιακή: η έμφαση δίνεται σε αυτό που επιλέγει να κάνει το άτομο στο παρόν, το νόημα που του αποδίδει και η επίδραση στις σχέσεις του (στις ομάδες ακολουθείται μόνο η συγκεκριμένη προσέγγιση).

Κυρίαρχη είναι η ανθρωποκεντρική θεώρηση, όπου η έμφαση δίνεται πρώτα στον άνθρωπο και έπειτα στο πρόβλημά του. Υπάρχει η πίστη ότι κάθε άτομο διαθέτει θετικές πλευρές και ένα εσωτερικό δυναμικό, ικανό να υποστηρίξει την ανάπτυξη και την υπέρβαση των δυσκολιών της ζωής.

Επιπλέον, κατά καιρούς πραγματοποιούνται σεμινάρια εκμάθησης τεχνικών χαλάρωσης με βιωματική εκπαίδευση στις βασικές αρχές ρύθμισης της αναπνοής και καθησυχασμού σώματος και πνεύματος. Η επιστημονική έρευνα επιβεβαιώνει ξανά και ξανά πως οι τεχνικές χαλάρωσης λειτουργούν ως γέφυρα ηρεμίας για το αυτόνομο νευρικό σύστημα. Συστήνεται ως συμπληρωματική θεραπευτική τεχνική για τη διαχείριση του άγχους (Goldin et al., 2021; Μanzoni et al., 2018).  

Το πρώτο μέρος, διάρκειας μιας ώρας, περιλαμβάνει βιωματική εκπαίδευση στις βασικές αρχές ρύθμισης της αναπνοής και των τεχνικών χαλάρωσης. Το δεύτερο μέρος, επίσης μιας ώρας, αφορά σε τεχνικές βαθύτερης χαλάρωσης και θετικού οραματισμού. Εφαρμόζοντας απλές και πρακτικές τεχνικές μέσα στη μέρα μαθαίνουμε με περισσότερη αποτελεσματικότητα πώς να μετριάζουμε το στρες μας.
