She possesses a master's degree in Clinical and Community Psychology from the University of East London. She acquired her specialized knowledge by participating in the four-year training program of the Hellenic Society for Behavioral Research in Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapy, as well as at the "Stiriksi" Psychotherapeutic Center. Additionally, during her career, she worked with the Self-Help Group of Alcoholics Anonymous. Currently, in her private practice, she can assist in the treatment of a range of conditions such as anxiety disorders, anorexia - bulimia, insomnia, various phobias, panic attacks, and sleep disorders. Finally, she has participated in various conferences on psychology-related topics and is a member of the Hellenic Society for Behavioral Research and the Association of Greek Psychologists.
