Ο Παρασκευάς Πέρρος είναι Χειρουργός Μαιευτήρας – Γυναικολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στη Νέα Ιωνία. Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών και κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών Master στην Αναπαραγωγική - Αναγεννητική Ιατρική από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

Είναι υποψήφιος Διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης. Σήμερα συνεργάζεται ως Consultant Gynecologist / Obstetrician στο κέντρο εξωσωματικής "ivfserum", ένα από τα πλέον αναγνωρισμένα κέντρα αναπαραγωγής στην Ελλάδα, με διεθνείς προδιαγραφές και υψηλό επίπεδο παροχής υπηρεσιών. Αποτελεί συνεργάτης των ιδιωτικών νοσοκομείων ΙΑΣΩ και ΡΕΑ ενώ στο παρελθόν εργάστηκε στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Αλεξάνδρα" και στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών "Λαϊκό".

Το επιστημονικό του έργο περιλαμβάνει πολυάριθμες διεθνείς δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα περιοδικά. Παρακολουθεί ανελλιπώς τις εξελίξεις στον τομέα της μαιευτικής και γυναικολογίας, συμμετέχοντας σε επιστημονικά συνέδρια και σεμινάρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό.
