Τα επιστημονικά της ενδιαφέροντα εστιάζονται στην εφαρμογή της Συστημικής Θεωρίας και της Θεωρίας Αυτοπροδιορισμού στο άτομο, την ομάδα, την οικογένεια, τον επαγγελματικό χώρο, με τη μορφή προγραμμάτων πρόληψης. Πιο συγκεκριμένα, έχει διατυπώσει και εφαρμόζει το καινοτόμο πρόγραμμα με τίτλο: “Supportify: Πρόγραμμα Ψυχολογικής Υποστήριξης Ατόμων με Χρόνια Νοσήματα”, σκοπός του οποίου είναι η ενδυνάμωση και η κινητοποίηση του ατόμου (παιδιού ή ενήλικα) με χρόνιο νόσημα και απώτερο στόχο την καλυτέρευση της ποιότητας της ζωής του.
