Dr. Georgios Tsakotos MD, MSc, PhD Orthopedic Surgeon - Assistant Professor, Medical School, National and Kapodistrian University of Athens Georgios Tsakotos was born in Tripoli, Arcadia. After completing secondary education in Tripoli, he was admitted to the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Είναι βασική καθηγήτρια : της “Studio One Sports & Fitness School, με αντικείμενο: την Αθλητική Tραυματιολογία, Ανατομία και Εμβιομηχανική από το 2010 έως και σήμερα στα διπλώματα Personal Training, Pilates, Yoga.

Ήταν βασική καθηγήτρια : στη σχολή “Athens Yoga” με αντικείμενο ανατομία και κινησιολογία στο δίπλωμα της Yoga από το 2012 έως και το 2019 και βασική καθηγήτρια σε workshops με θέμα Myofascial Release And Trigger Point Therapy από το 2016 έως και σήμερα.

Έχει συμμετάσχει στην συγγραφή του εγχειριδίου: του Studio One, στην ειδικότητα του personal training στο κομμάτι της Αθλητικής Τραυματολογίας και των Ειδικών Πληθυσμών, αλλά και στη συγγραφή και έκδοση βιβλίου με τη συμμετοχή του καθηγητή Dr V.Zelev με θέμα ασκήσεις με Swiss Ball σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Αριθμεί πολλές δημοσιεύσεις και έχει υπάρξει ομιλήτρια σε δεκάδες συνέδρια.

Ενδεικτικά αναφέρονται τα 3 πανελλαδικής εμβέλειας που παρακολούθησαν πάνω από 4000 άτομα “Health and Fitness Experts Digital Meeting I II III 2020-2023. 

Είναι πιστοποιημένη Instructor : στο Air Fit Pro, στο Fitball.

Είναι πιστοποιημένη ως : Υγειονομικός Βοηθός Γωνίας (Cutting School) και κάτοχος αναγνωρισμένου διπλώματος Thai massage από το Υπουργείο Παιδείας της Ταϊλάνδης και το Thai massage school of Chang Mai.

Είναι μέλος: του Πανελληνίου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών της Ελληνικής Επιστημονικής Εταιρείας και της Bulgarian Association of Physiotherapists.

Είναι απόφοιτη του Πανεπιστημίου N.S.A με ειδικότητα φυσικοθεραπείας, βαθμό κλινικής πρακτικής άριστα και θέμα διπλωματικής εργασίας : " κινησιοθεραπεία μετά από μηχανική βλάβη του περονιαίου νεύρου" στην οποία αρίστευσε.

Απόκτησε την εργασιακή της εμπειρία: σε κέντρο Αποκατάστασης και στο “Ερρίκος Ντυνάν” Hospital Center, ασχολούμενη με ασθενείς με αθλητικές κακώσεις, μυοσκελετικά, νευρολογικά, καρδιαγγειακά και αναπνευστικά προβλήματα επί σειρά ετών.

Έχει εκπονήσει διδακτορικό τίτλο με θέμα : την αντιμετώπιση του αντανακλαστικού πόνου στην οσφυϊκή μοίρα της σπονδυλικής στήλης σε ασθενείς με δισκοπάθεια.

Έχει παρακολουθήσει σεμινάρια : στη μέθοδο McKenzie, Manual Therapy, Kinesiotaping, Dry Needling, Prophylaxie et Rehabilitation Avec Des Balles Fitball, Καρδιοαναπνευστική Αναζωογόνηση, Επείγουσα Ιατρική Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών, Stuart McGill level I Building the Ultimate Back From Rehabilitation to Performance, Tony Gentilcore and Dean Somerset  Complete Shoulder and Hip BLUEPRINT Workshop.

Apostolatos Apostolos is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Kifisia. He graduated from the School of Medicine and Surgery at Universita Degli Studi Di Catanzaro Magna Grecia. He has been trained in Advanced Trauma Life Support, Basic Life Support, and Plastic Surgery Techniques for General Surgeons. He completed his internship in the Emergency, Pathology, and General Surgery departments at Sismanogleio Hospital, Alexandra Gynecological Hospital, and Penteli Children's Pediatric Hospital. Subsequently, he worked as a First Aid Physician-Trainee in nuclear-biochemical warfare at the Army Medical Corps in Athens. As a Rural Doctor, he served at the Rural Clinic of Polynerio and the Health Center of Deskati. He completed his specialty training at Grevena General Hospital as a Trainee in Cardiology, Pathology, and General Surgery, at the 1st IKA Hospital as a Trainee in General Surgery, and also at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic of KAT Hospital. Additionally, he was the Physician for the football and basketball teams of Apollon Smyrnis. From 2014 to the present, he has worked at the Municipal Clinics of Kifisia and Lykovrysi. Furthermore, he has participated in numerous conferences. He is fluent in English and Italian.

Dr Spiliotopoulos Georgios is a graduate of Medical School and a PhD candidate in Orthopedics at the University of Patras. He specialized at the 401 General Military Hospital of Athens and further specialized in Orthopedic Sports Medicine and modern minimally invasive surgical corrective techniques (MIS). Since 2018, he has been a Forensic Orthopedic Expert (technical consultant) for major insurance companies. He maintains a clinic in Neo Psychiko and is the head of the surgical team OrthoSoma (Ortho-Body).
