Ασκεί το επάγγελμα του διατροφολόγου για τουλάχιστον 16 έτη. She is a graduate of the Technological Educational Institute of Crete and holds a Master's degree (MSc) titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace in Health Sciences. Roidi Styliani was born in May 1981 in Athens. She began her specialty training in Obstetrics and Gynecology in Manchester, England, where she stayed for five years. During this time, she has overseen over 1,000 normal deliveries and received training in high-risk pregnancies. In 2017, she completed her specialty training in Greece and commenced her training in pediatric and adolescent gynecology at Alexandra Hospital. After four years, she officially obtained the title of specialist pediatric gynecologist following examinations at the International Federation of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology Board (IFEPAG).
