Έτσι μπορεί να δώσει χρήσιμες συμβουλές σε όλο το φάσμα των αθλούμενων, από τους αρχάριους, μέχρι και όσους ασχολούνται με τον πρωταθλητισμό. Η μεγάλη του εμπειρία εξασφαλίζει την ασφάλεια στην άθληση, προστατεύοντας από την μία πλευρά τον αθλούμενο από προβλήματα υγείας, αλλά και αποφεύγοντας την αναίτια διακοπή της άσκησης. Garzonis Spyros is an Internist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Cholargos.
