Κατά τη διάρκεια της μετεκπαίδευσής του εργάστηκε επίσης στο Hôpital Privé Jean Mermoz, αποκτώντας πρακτική εμπειρία σε εξειδικευμένες επεμβάσεις ώμου, σύνθετες βλάβες τενοντίου πετάλου, αστάθειες, αντιμετώπιση καταγμάτων και επανορθωτικές τεχνικές αρθροπλαστικής υψηλής δυσκολίας, υπό την καθοδήγηση διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένων χειρουργών. Έχει παρουσιάσει επιστημονικές εργασίες, τεχνικές και κλινικά δεδομένα σε πολυάριθμα συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, συμβάλλοντας στη διάδοση της σύγχρονης αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής προσέγγισης στις αθλητικές κακώσεις και στις παθήσεις του ώμου. Επίσης έχει υπάρξει εκπαιδευτής νεότερων Ιατρών στις πιο σύγχρονες χειρουργικές τεχνικές αντιμετώπισης του συνόλου της παθολογίας του ώμου. Από το 2025 κατέχει τη θέση του Υποδιευθυντή της Γ’ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου ΥΓΕΙΑ, συμμετέχοντας ενεργά στη λειτουργία της Κλινικής, στην ανάπτυξη θεραπευτικών πρωτοκόλλων και στη διαχείριση σύνθετων περιστατικών. Παράλληλα, αποτελεί μέλος της επιστημονικής ομάδας του Athens Shoulder Institute, συμμετέχοντας: στο Τμήμα Εκπαίδευσης (Education and Training) για την ανάπτυξη και διδασκαλία σύγχρονων τεχνικών χειρουργικής ώμου, στο Τμήμα Οργάνωσης και Κλινικού Έργου, συμβάλλοντας στον συντονισμό, στην παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου κλινικών υπηρεσιών και στην ενιαία στρατηγική του Κέντρου, στο Τμήμα Προβολής και Ενημέρωσης, με στόχο την επιστημονική εξωστρέφεια, τη δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού και την αναβάθμιση της παρουσίας του Κέντρου στην ιατρική κοινότητα. Διατηρεί ιατρείο Ελάχιστα Επεμβατικής Χειρουργικής στη Γλυφάδα και το Μαρούσι όπου αντιμετωπίζει εξειδικευμένα παθήσεις ώμου και γόνατος, αθλητικές κακώσεις και σύνθετα ορθοπαιδικά περιστατικά, εφαρμόζοντας εξατομικευμένες, τεκμηριωμένες και βιολογικά ενισχυμένες θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις.

Stathellis Apostolos MD, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with expertise in arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder, knee, elbow, and ankle, as well as sports injuries. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a PhD from the University of Ulm in Germany. Following an 8-year training period in Germany (2009 - 2016) at one of the leading arthroscopic surgery centers (Sportklinik - Stuttgart), he now maintains private practices in Vrilissia and Marousi and concurrently serves as an Attending Physician at the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at Hygeia Hospital. In 2016, he obtained the sports medicine specialization title in Germany, as well as certification in arthroscopic surgery. Additionally, he is trained and certified in musculoskeletal ultrasonography.

Ο Παπαδόπουλος Παναγιώτης MD, MSc είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός, Υποδιευθυντής της Γ΄ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής ΥΓΕΙΑ. Έχει εξειδίκευση στην Αρθροσκοπική και Ανοικτή Χειρουργική Ώμου και Γόνατος, στις Αθλητικές Κακώσεις, την Επανορθωτική Χειρουργική και στις σύγχρονες συνδυαστικές Βιολογικές θεραπείες. Διαθέτει ιδιαίτερο κλινικό και ερευνητικό ενδιαφέρον στην αντιμετώπιση των παθήσεων του ώμου με σύγχρονες τεχνικές ελάχιστης επεμβατικότητας, προηγμένες αρθροσκοπικές μεθόδους και καινοτόμα βιολογικά πρωτόκολλα, με στόχο τη γρήγορη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη μακροχρόνια σταθερότητα του ώμου. Topkas Athanasios MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, affiliated with the Orthopedic Clinic of "Hygeia" Hospital, and maintains a private practice in Marousi. He graduated with honors from the Medical School of Varna University and holds a Master's degree in Metabolic Bone Diseases from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He began his specialization in Orthopedic Surgery - Traumatology at the General Prefectural Hospital of Edessa and continued his training at the 1st IKA Hospital of Athens and the General Attica Hospital KAT. He worked as a Registrar B at the Sports Injuries Department of the General Attica Hospital KAT and subsequently as a Registrar B in the 2nd Hand Surgery and Microsurgery Department of the same hospital. During his specialization and tenure, he specialized in all surgeries related to the upper limb and the hand. Additionally, he specialized in Sports Medicine, with a particular emphasis on knee arthroscopy and anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ligament injuries of the knee). To date, Dr. Topkas remains a Scientific Collaborator of numerous private hospitals and groups such as Hygeia Hospital, the Biomed Group, the Athens and Piraeus Bioclinic, the Euromedica Group, the Errikos Dynan Hospital Center, the Mediterraneo Hospital, the Athenian Clinic, and the Athens Medical Group. Throughout his medical career, he has actively participated in the development of numerous studies, which have been presented at Greek and international conferences, and has contributed to the authorship of publications. He has participated in numerous postgraduate training programs and workshops and has served on organizing committees for various conferences. Finally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Society of Reconstructive Microsurgery, the Hellenic Society for Hand Surgery, and the Hellenic Society for Wound and Ulcer Healing.
