Κατά τη διάρκεια της παραμονής του εκεί αποκτά εμπειρία και υψηλού βαθμού εξειδίκευση, συμμετέχοντας και διενεργώντας πλήθος ανοιχτών, λαπαροσκοπικών και ρομποτικά υποβοηθούμενων χειρουργικών επεμβάσεων.
