Dr. Nikolaos Kostakis is a General Practitioner with extensive professional experience in both Greece and abroad. He began his medical career in 2008 as a rural doctor at the Health Center of Siteia. From 2009 to 2010, he worked as a private physician at the "Cretan Medi Help" Medical Center in Heraklion, and in 2010, he continued his private practice at the "Asklipieion of Crete" private clinic. Between 2010 and 2011, he served as a rural doctor fulfilling his mandatory service at the Regional Clinic of Menetes in Karpathos. In 2013–2014, he gained international experience as a resident in General Practice at the "FLEN" Health Center in Sweden, and he completed his residency in Greece at the University General Hospital of Heraklion (PAGNI) from 2014 to 2017. Since 2017, he has been serving as a General Practitioner at the 1st Local Health Unit (TOMY) in Heraklion, and since 2025, he also maintains a private medical practice in the same city. He holds a medical degree from the Second University of Naples in Italy.  

Η Αρντέτα-Μαρία Μάρκου είναι Γενικός Οικογενειακός Ιατρός με ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο Κορωπί. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών.

Ολοκλήρωσε την ειδίκευσή της στο Γ.Ν.Α. «Ιπποκράτειο». Στο πλαίσιο της ειδικότητάς της εκπαιδεύτηκε σε όλο το φάσμα της Παθολογίας στις κλινικές, τα εξωτερικά ιατρεία και ειδικότερα στα εξειδικευμένα ιατρεία Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη και Υπέρτασης του νοσοκομείου. Επιπλέον, συμμετείχε στις εφημερίες του Τμήματος Επειγόντων Περιστατικών.

Είναι κάτοχος Μεταπτυχιακού τίτλου σπουδών (MSc) στη «Διαχείριση Γήρανσης και Χρονίων Νοσημάτων» από το Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας σε συνεργασία με το Ελληνικό Ανοικτό Πανεπιστήμιο. Η διπλωματική της εργασία πραγματεύτηκε τις νεότερες εξελίξεις στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη Τύπου 2 (ΣΔ2) και την ποιότητα ζωής των ασθενών.

Έχει διατελέσει Επιμελήτρια Β’ στο Κέντρο Υγείας Καλυβίων, ασκώντας κλινικό έργο που περιλαμβάνει το σύνολο των υπηρεσιών της Πρωτοβάθμιας Φροντίδας Υγείας, με ιδιαίτερη έμφαση στις λοιμώξεις, τον προσυμπτωματικό έλεγχο και τη θεραπευτική διαχείριση χρονίων νοσημάτων όπως σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, δυσλιπιδαιμία και υπέρταση. Κατά τη διάρκεια της θητείας της στο κέντρο υγείας συμμετείχε στο πρόγραμμα Sentinel για την επιδημιολογική επιτήρηση λοιμώξεων του ΕΟΔΥ.

Atsali Lilian is an Internal Medicine Specialist and Infectious Disease Consultant who maintains a private practice in the Neos Psychiko area. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained her specialty certification in Internal Medicine in 2000 after a five-year residency at the General State Hospital of Nikaia - Piraeus. She specialized in Infectious Diseases at the 5th Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Since 2017, she has also been working at Metropolitan General Hospital as Deputy Director of the 3rd Internal Medicine Clinic, where she is authorized to hospitalize her patients. Dr. Atsali has an extensive number of publications and presentations related to infectious disease topics. Finally, she is fluent in English and French.

Karagiannakidis Andreas is a Pathologist with a private practice in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Faculty of Health Sciences at the University of Sofia and holds an acupuncture diploma from the Northern Greece Acupuncture Society. The doctor has extensive experience in medical acupuncture, cerebrovascular accidents, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. Concurrently, she works as a Consultant in the Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Lefkada and is the attending physician at the Lefkada Nursing Home. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Ioannina and specialized in the First Internal Medicine Department of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at the Thessaloniki University General Hospital AHEPA. She graduated with honors from the postgraduate program focusing on the Management of Aging and Chronic Diseases. Mantonakis Leonidas MD, PhD is a Psychiatrist, Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Head of the inpatient unit and outpatient clinic at Aiginiteio Hospital, and maintains a private practice in Kolonaki. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Psychiatry at the University Hospital of Athens "Aiginiteio." He received training in Cognitive-Behavioral Psychotherapy at the University Hospital of Athens "Aiginiteio" and in Integrative Psychological Therapy for Patients with Schizophrenia at the Institute for Behavioral Research and Therapy. Avdellidou Kleopatra MD, MSc is a Psychiatrist and maintains a private practice in Athens. She completed her studies at the Medical School of the University of Thrace and continued with a postgraduate program in "Promotion of Mental Health - Prevention of Mental Disorders" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.
