Εκπαιδεύει και εποπτεύει επαγγελματίες υγείας (ειδικευόμενους ιατρούς, νοσηλευτές, ψυχολόγους, κοινωνιολόγους, φοιτητές κ.ο.κ.)

Στόχος του είναι η θεραπεία του ασθενούς κατά κύριο λόγο με ψυχοθεραπευτική παρέμβαση αποφεύγοντας την πολυφαρμακία για την καλύτερη δυνατή έκβαση της υγείας του θεραπευομένου.

Η τρέχουσα κλινική του πρακτική και έρευνα επικεντρώνεται στη Δεκτική Μουσικοθεραπεία Guided Imagery & Music (GIM) και Music Imagery (MI), που πραγματοποιείται στην Ελλάδα επισήμως από την Διεπιστημονική Εταιρεία Μουσικοθεραπείας SONORA. Αυτή η θεραπευτική μέθοδος απευθύνεται σε όλες τις ηλικίες σε όλους τους τομείς: της ψυχοθεραπείας και συμβουλευτικής, της ψυχιατρικής,

του ψυχικού τραύματος, της ψυχο-ογκολογίας, της περιγεννητικής ψυχολογίας, της ανακουφιστικής φροντίδας, των εξαρτήσεων, της γηριατρικής και της νευρολογίας.

Την τρέχουσα περίοδο είναι επιστημονικά υπεύθυνος του Ψυχιατρικού Τμήματος στο Ιδιωτικό Πολυϊατρείο Central Medical Park στην περιοχή της Καλλιθέας και συνεργάζεται μεταξύ άλλων με το Ελληνικό Κέντρο Ψυχικής Υγιεινής και Ερευνών (ΕΚΕΨΥΕ) στον Πειραιά, όπου είναι υπεύθυνος της Μονάδα Ημερήσιας Περίθαλψης – Υπηρεσίας Επαγγελματικής Εκπαίδευσης και Αποκατάστασης (Μ.Η.Π.-Υ.Ε.Ε.Α.) και παράλληλα παρέχει υπηρεσίες στην Εταιρία Κοινωνικής Ψυχιατρικής Π. Σακελλαρόπουλος, στο Οικοτροφείο Β και σε Προστατευόμενα διαμερίσματα.
