Έχει πραγματοποιήσει πολλές ομιλίες και επιστημονικές ανακοινώσεις σε ελληνικά και διεθνή συνέδρια, και έχει δημοσιεύσει επιστημονικά άρθρα σε περιοδικά του κλάδου. Σήμερα διατηρεί ιδιωτικά Ιατρεία στο Μαρούσι Αττικής και στους Αμπελοκήπους. Συνεργάζεται με τα νοσοκομεία Ιασώ και Μητέρα, όπου είναι Επιμελητής της Χειρουργικής Αίθουσας καθώς και της Αίθουσας Τοκετών.

Asimakopoulos Georgios MD, MSc, PhDc is a Gynecologist - Obstetrician and a Doctoral Candidate in the field of Pregnancy Pathology at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a private practice in Ilisia. He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and subsequently completed a Master's degree at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in "Reproductive - Regenerative Medicine" with an excellent grade. He specialized in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the First Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the University of Athens at Alexandra General Hospital and is further specialized in the Fetal-Maternal Medicine department at the same hospital. He is a university fellow of the Department of High-Risk Pregnancies and Pregnancy Pathology of the First Obstetrics and Gynecology Clinic of the University of Athens. The physician has significant experience in the management of gynecological and obstetric conditions, with particular emphasis on practicing medicine based on the latest guidelines and contemporary therapeutic protocols ("evidence-based medicine"). He collaborates with numerous Obstetrics and Gynecology clinics, such as Iaso, Rea, Mitera, Leto, and other clinics. He actively participates in numerous conferences and seminars as part of his continuous professional development and has published several scientific papers. Finally, he is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Obstetrics and Gynecology Society, the Hellenic Society of Perinatal Medicine, and the Hellenic Society of Ultrasound in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
