Giannakitsa Vera is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs a private dietetic practice in Koukaki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics in Crete and subsequently completed postgraduate studies at the Medical School of the University of Athens, focusing on "Environment and Health: Management of Environmental Issues Affecting Health." Her undergraduate thesis on the "Correlation between Bulimia and Obesity," as well as her master's thesis on the "Impact of Pesticides, particularly Glyphosate, on Health," were awarded excellent grades. She completed her internship at Metropolitan Hospital in Neo Faliro. She then trained in the program "Beyond the Limits of Diet," which aims at modifying the behavior of individuals suffering from chronic restrictive diets, at the Psychological Applications Center in Chalandri. She has collaborated with Yava Fitness Centers, New Day Slimming Institutes, and Sakopoulou Pharmacies in Koukaki and Triantafyllas Pharmacy in Pagkrati (ofarmakopoiosmou.gr). Finally, due to her holistic approach to nutrition, she completed the annual 100-hour Counseling and Systemic Therapy training at the Laboratory of Systemic Therapy and Pedagogy in 2023-2024 and is continuing her education in Psychology and Psychotherapy. Additionally, due to the connection between difficult emotional states and nutrition, she is training in Dance Therapy to achieve a comprehensive understanding and awareness of body functions.

Η Μαρκούση Μαριέττα είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος, απόφοιτη του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών με μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο στην Αθλητική Διατροφή. Ασκεί το επάγγελμα του διατροφολόγου για τουλάχιστον 16 έτη. Από το 2013 διατηρεί διαιτολογική μονάδα στη περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας ενώ από το 2020 διατηρεί ακόμα μία στην περιοχή της Νέας Φιλαδέλφειας.

Κατά την πρακτική της άσκηση, παρείχε διαιτολογική υποστήριξη σε πολλά δημόσια νοσοκομεία της Αττικής ενώ έχει εργασθεί και εθελοντικά με το νοσοκομείο «Ερυθρός Σταυρός», στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική, στο τμήμα Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & Παχυσαρκίας, στα πρώτα χρόνια της επαγγελματικής της καριέρας. Έκτοτε, έχει συνεργασθεί ως υπεύθυνη διαιτολόγος σε Ιδιωτικά γραφεία της Αθήνας. Το 2013 ίδρυσε το πρώτο διαιτολογικό της γραφείο στην περιοχή της Νέας Ερυθραίας ενώ το 2020 εγκαινιάστηκε η λειτουργία του γραφείου στη Νέα Φιλαδέλφεια.

Στην πολυετή πορεία της έχει συνεργασθεί με πολλούς elite αθλητές διαφόρων Εθνικών ομάδων και αθλημάτων (ενόργανη γυμναστική, ρυθμική γυμναστική, στίβος, επαγγελματικό μπαλέτο/ επαγγελματικός χορός, δρομείς μεγάλων αποστάσεων, καταδύσεις, κολύμβηση, καράτε, ποδόσφαιρο). Έχει συμβάλλει στην βελτίωση διατροφικών συνηθειών και της σχέσης του ανθρώπου με τη τροφή και το σώμα του (mindfulness). Με μεγάλη αποτελεσματικότητα, σε πλήθος ασθενών, συνεισέφερε στην βελτίωση κλινικών δεικτών. Ως προς τα περιστατικά με διαταραχές λήψης τροφής (ψυχογενή ανορεξία, ψυχογενή βουλιμία, υπερφαγία) εφαρμόζει τεχνικές διατροφικής συμβουλευτικής (γνωσιακή συμπεριφορική) προκειμένου να επιτυγχάνεται η έννοια της ισορροπημένης διατροφής βιωματικά! Ioanna Lampridou is a Dietitian-Nutritionist based in Kolonaki. She graduated from Queen Margaret University in Edinburgh, Scotland, where she obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Dietetics-Nutrition. As part of her practical training, she worked in the Clinical Dietetics-Nutrition department of the 424 General Military Hospital of Thessaloniki. She holds specialized certifications such as "Health Behavior Change" from Yale University, "Science of Exercise" from the University of Colorado Boulder, and "Mindfulness and Well-being" from Rice University. In 2025, she will also complete her training as a Master Practitioner in the fields of Obesity-Metabolic Syndrome and Eating Disorders.

She maintains a private practice in Kolonaki, providing personalized nutritional support to individuals with conditions such as autoimmune diseases, obesity, and malnutrition. Additionally, she collaborates with the Dementia Counseling Station of the Municipality of Papagou-Cholargos through the LLM CARE program, where she offers nutritional assessment and support to both people with dementia and their caregivers, informing them about appropriate dietary practices that can improve patients' quality of life.

Sklivagkou Nantia is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and runs her private practice in Neo-Psyhiko. She studied in the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute in Thessaloniki and, after about two years, completed her postgraduate studies in England with an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition. She specializes in Counseling, Weight Management, Clinical and Sports Nutrition, as well as Nutrition Education Programs for children. She has participated as a speaker at football academies in collaboration with OPAP, as well as in primary schools, presenting the importance of healthy and balanced nutrition. Potsis Ioannis is a Dietitian - Nutritionist from Queen Margaret University of Edinburgh and holds a BSc with Honours in Dietetics. Dr Melistas Lampros Didaktor Xarokopeiou Panepistimiou, MSc, PhD, is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist with a private practice in Ilioupoli. He holds a doctorate from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition Science at Harokopio University. Part of his doctoral studies was conducted at Tufts University in Boston, USA. He possesses a Master's degree (MSc) specialized in Clinical Dietetics. He is the president of the Weight Management Specialist Group of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists. He has an extensive research portfolio and publications in internationally recognized medical scientific journals. Kougioumtzi Athina is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has maintained a private dietetic practice in Rafina since 2006. She studied Nutrition - Dietetics at the Mediterranean University.

She completed a postgraduate program in International and Public Health and Nutritional Program Design at the University of Westminster in London, having previously studied at the Department of Nutrition of the University of Surrey, United Kingdom. Anna Georgiou BSc, MSc is a Dietitian-Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She holds a degree from the Dietetics department of Queen Margaret University in Scotland and a postgraduate degree in "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition" from Harokopio University of Athens. She has worked as a Clinical Dietitian at the Athens Medical Center, and currently, in addition to her private practice, she works as a Dietitian-Nutritionist at IASIS Medical Diagnostic Centers. Ektor Kappatos-Koutroumpas is a Dietitian – Nutritionist, and his office “Healthier with Ektor” is located in the Mavili Square area.
