Η Μαρία Μπακιρτζή γεννήθηκε στη Θεσσαλονίκη και ολοκλήρωσε τη βασική εκπαίδευση στο 13° Λύκειο.

Μετά από επιτυχείς πανελλαδικές εξετάσεις εισήχθη το 2002 στην ιατρική σχολή του Δημοκρίτειου Πανεπιστημίου Θράκης, από όπου και αποφοίτησε το 2008 με το βαθμό “λίαν καλώς”.

Αφού ολοκλήρωσε την υπηρεσία υπαίθρου το 2009 στο ΚΥ Πολυκάστρου, ξεκίνησε την τριετή εκπαίδευση στη γενική χειρουργική και αγγειοχειρουργική στο Klinikum Oberberg της Γερμανίας, την οποία ακολούθησε η εξάμηνη εκπαίδευση επειγοντολογίας στη μονάδα εντατικής θεραπείας.

Από το 2014 εώς το 2020 ειδικεύεται στη Δερματολογία, ολοκληρώνοντας το κομμάτι της γενικής Παθολογίας στο St. Remigius του Leverkusen και το ειδικό κομμάτι της δερματολογίας στο Dermatologisches Zentrum Bonn και στην πανεπιστημιακή κλινική του Ruhr Universität Bochum, όπου και εργάστηκε ως επιμελήτρια ως τον Οκτώβριο του 2020.

Τον Ιούλιο του 2020 της αποδόθηκε, μετά από επιτυχείς εξετάσεις ο τίτλος της εξειδίκευσης στην δερματοογκολογία και τον Ιανουάριο 2023 ο ευρωπαϊκός τίτλος.

Από τον Ιανουάριο του 2019 έως τον Οκτώβριο του 2020 συμμετείχε στην οργάνωση και συνδιεύθυνση του τμήματος δερματολογικών ερευνών της πανεπιστημιακής κλινικής Μπόχουμ με διεκπεραίωση περισσότερων από 35 ερευνητικών πρωτοκόλλων.

Από τον Απρίλιο του 2021 διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στο κέντρο της Θεσσαλονίκης και διετέλεσε επιστημονικός συνεργάτης της Ά πανεπιστημιακής κλινικής του ΑΠΘ. Από τον Οκτώβριο 2023 παράρτημα ιδιωτικού ιατρείου στα Νέα Μουδανιά Χαλκιδικής.

Είναι μέλος της ελληνικής και ευρωπαϊκής εταιρείας Δερματολογίας, της ελληνικής δερματοχειρουργικής εταιρείας και υποψήφια διδάκτωρ του Πανεπιστημίου Ruhr της Γερμανίας.

Dr. Nancy A. Tsaousi is a Dermatologist – Venereologist with international training in Switzerland and Germany. She holds a Doctorate (PhD) from Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin, one of Europe’s most prestigious university medical institutions. Since 2024, she has operated her private dermatology practice in Thessaloniki, providing specialized clinical and aesthetic dermatology services based on modern scientific evidence.

She graduated from the University of Patras School of Medicine (Degree Grade: "Very Good"). She subsequently trained in Switzerland at the Schweizer Paraplegiker Zentrum and Luzerner Kantonsspital in General Internal Medicine and Hemato-Oncology (FMH). She completed her residency in Dermatology – Venereology in Berlin, initially at the Meoclinic private clinic and later at the University Dermatology Clinic of Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin.

During her tenure at Charité, she was an active member of the Specialized Research Center for Psoriasis and Hidradenitis Suppurativa (Psoriasis Forschungs- und Behandlungszentrum), participating in numerous international clinical trials regarding modern immunomodulatory and biological therapies. Her research led to publications in international scientific journals and the completion of her doctoral thesis titled “Epidemiologische, anamnestische und immunologische Merkmale der Acne inversa,” which was awarded the distinction "magna cum laude" (Honors) by Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin in 2022.

In 2023 she earned a Master of Science (MSc) in Dermoscopy from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki with Honors (Grade: 9.65/10), focusing on “Clinical and dermoscopic features of naevus-associated melanomas.”

Since 2019, she has been an Academic Associate of the 2nd University Dermatology Clinic of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at Papageorgiou Hospital. She is a member of the Center of Expertise for Rare Skin Diseases and the Clinic for Autoimmune and Bullous Diseases. She also actively participates in international scientific conferences as a speaker and researcher.

He also participated in numerous clinical studies in dermatology/dermatologic oncology focusing on melanoma, psoriasis, and cutaneous lymphomas. Since April 2020, he has been a scientific collaborator of the 1st University Dermatology Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.

Mpaka Foteini is a Dermatologist - Venereologist who runs a private practice in Patissia. She holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization at the Athens Dermatology and Venereology Hospital "Andreas Syggros." She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Athens and completed her rural medical service at the General Hospital of Corinth. She subsequently trained for one year in Internal Medicine at the Hematology Department of Metaxa Hospital, followed by three years of specialization in Dermatology – Venereology at Andreas Syggros Hospital.Dr. Lechou has served as a physician at Andreas Syggros Hospital and as a Consultant in the Pediatric Dermatology Department of “Aghia Sophia” Children’s Hospital, gaining significant expertise in the management of dermatological conditions in childhood and adolescence.Her doctoral thesis, entitled “Study of mononuclear infiltration in syphilitic lesions before and after treatment in various stages of syphilis”, was conducted at the Immunodermatology Laboratory of Andreas Syggros Hospital, where she also collaborated as a researcher during her training. The thesis was completed under the supervision of Professor Antonis Vareltzidis.She has contributed to numerous Greek and international scientific publications and is a member of the Athens Medical Association (ISA) and the Hellenic Society of Dermatology and Venereology (HSVD). Alestas Theodosios MD, PhD is a Dermatologist - Venereologist at the "Mitera" clinic and maintains a private practice in Ilisia. Paraskeui Xatzikokkinou is a Dermatologist - Venereologist with private practices in Nikaia and Nea Erythraia. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a diploma in mole dermatoscopy (Advanced Dermatoscopy Certificate).
