Τέλος, σε κατάλληλα διαμορφωμένη χειρουργική αίθουσα εντός του ιατρείου, με κατάλληλη υποδομή και ειδικό εξοπλισμό, διενεργούνται, δερματικές βιοψίες και χειρουργικές εξαιρέσεις δερματολογικών βλαβών, όπως σπίλοι, κύστεις, κονδυλώμάτα, θηλώματα, μυρμηκίες, ακτινικές κερατώσεις, βασικοκυτταρικοί και ακανθοκυτταρικοί όγκοι κ.α.
