Κατά τη διάρκεια της μετεκπαίδευσής του εργάστηκε επίσης στο Hôpital Privé Jean Mermoz, αποκτώντας πρακτική εμπειρία σε εξειδικευμένες επεμβάσεις ώμου, σύνθετες βλάβες τενοντίου πετάλου, αστάθειες, αντιμετώπιση καταγμάτων και επανορθωτικές τεχνικές αρθροπλαστικής υψηλής δυσκολίας, υπό την καθοδήγηση διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένων χειρουργών. Έχει παρουσιάσει επιστημονικές εργασίες, τεχνικές και κλινικά δεδομένα σε πολυάριθμα συνέδρια στην Ελλάδα και το εξωτερικό, συμβάλλοντας στη διάδοση της σύγχρονης αρθροσκοπικής χειρουργικής και της ελάχιστα επεμβατικής προσέγγισης στις αθλητικές κακώσεις και στις παθήσεις του ώμου. Επίσης έχει υπάρξει εκπαιδευτής νεότερων Ιατρών στις πιο σύγχρονες χειρουργικές τεχνικές αντιμετώπισης του συνόλου της παθολογίας του ώμου. Από το 2025 κατέχει τη θέση του Υποδιευθυντή της Γ’ Ορθοπαιδικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου ΥΓΕΙΑ, συμμετέχοντας ενεργά στη λειτουργία της Κλινικής, στην ανάπτυξη θεραπευτικών πρωτοκόλλων και στη διαχείριση σύνθετων περιστατικών. Παράλληλα, αποτελεί μέλος της επιστημονικής ομάδας του Athens Shoulder Institute, συμμετέχοντας: στο Τμήμα Εκπαίδευσης (Education and Training) για την ανάπτυξη και διδασκαλία σύγχρονων τεχνικών χειρουργικής ώμου, στο Τμήμα Οργάνωσης και Κλινικού Έργου, συμβάλλοντας στον συντονισμό, στην παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου κλινικών υπηρεσιών και στην ενιαία στρατηγική του Κέντρου, στο Τμήμα Προβολής και Ενημέρωσης, με στόχο την επιστημονική εξωστρέφεια, τη δημιουργία εκπαιδευτικού υλικού και την αναβάθμιση της παρουσίας του Κέντρου στην ιατρική κοινότητα. Διατηρεί ιατρείο Ελάχιστα Επεμβατικής Χειρουργικής στη Γλυφάδα και το Μαρούσι όπου αντιμετωπίζει εξειδικευμένα παθήσεις ώμου και γόνατος, αθλητικές κακώσεις και σύνθετα ορθοπαιδικά περιστατικά, εφαρμόζοντας εξατομικευμένες, τεκμηριωμένες και βιολογικά ενισχυμένες θεραπευτικές προσεγγίσεις.

Roussis Ksenofon MD, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon and Sports Medicine Specialist with a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. He holds a medical degree from the School of Medicine and Surgery at the University of Bologna in Italy and completed his doctoral thesis in Sports Medicine. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery at the General Hospital of Attica KAT and at the 1st IKA Therapeutic Center (Papadimitriou). Additionally, his expertise in both conservative and surgical treatment of sports injuries, particularly those concerning the knee, along with extensive professional experience in recognized hospitals and sports clubs, enables him to manage a wide range of cases. Specifically, he possesses valuable professional experience as a Sports Medicine Physician for numerous football teams and as a Lecturer at football coaching schools, teaching Sports Medicine, Anatomy, and Dietetics. Furthermore, it is noteworthy that he served as an official physician at the Athens and South Korea Olympic Games, as well as the Pre-Olympic Games in Australia. Veves Aristeidis - Ilias is an Orthopedic Surgeon. He holds a degree from the Charles University Medical School in Prague. He specialized in Orthopedic Surgery in Sweden, with a focus on shoulder and knee arthroscopy, microsurgery of the hand and foot, and reconstructive hip surgery. He currently collaborates with hospitals in Sweden. He has a private practice and serves as an Orthopedic Surgeon at Athinaiki Clinic Hospital and the Therapis Private Hospital in Pagrati. He is a member of medical associations in Greece and Sweden, and as part of his lifelong education, he has attended numerous seminars both in Greece and internationally. He employs a contemporary diagnostic approach assisted by musculoskeletal ultrasound. Dr. Nikolopoulos Ioannis, MD, MSc, is an Orthopedic Surgeon, graduate of the Medical School of the University of Ioannina, with a Master's degree in Metabolic Bone Diseases. He is a Scientific Associate - Orthopedic Surgeon at Metropolitan Hospital and maintains private practices in Aspropyrgos and at the Medica Polyclinic in Agios Stefanos. He provides high-level services for the treatment and rehabilitation of a wide range of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions in adults and children, such as chondropathy, osteoarthritis, scoliosis, kyphosis, fractures, sports injuries, and upper limb neuropathy. Additionally, he offers consulting services for osteoporosis screening. He specializes in Minimally Invasive Surgery for performing surgical procedures such as total hip and knee arthroplasty, and continues to enhance his surgical expertise abroad. Moreover, he has numerous publications in reputable international and Greek scientific journals and has participated as a speaker at domestic and international conferences.

Georgoudis Mixalis is an Orthopedic Surgeon – Spine Surgeon and maintains private practices in Chalkida, as well as within Metropolitan Hospital in Faliro.

He graduated from the Medical Department of Democritus University of Thrace. He has worked as an Orthopedic Surgeon in the 2nd Orthopedic Clinic and as a Resident Orthopedic Surgeon in the Scoliosis and Spine Department and in the Pediatric Orthopedics Clinic of the G.N.A KAT General Hospital. He is specialized in hip and knee arthroplasty, arthroscopic surgery, and spinal surgery.

He serves as an External Associate of Metropolitan Hospital in Faliro and the Athens Medical Center – Psychiko Clinic. He has served as Director of the 2nd Orthopedic Department at Euroclinic Athens, as well as Consultant of the Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Department (MISS) at the Athens Medical Center. Additionally, as a resident, he worked at the General Prefectural Hospital of Chalkida and the General Hospital of Chios "Skylitseio".

He has participated in numerous national and international scientific conferences and seminars, with his scientific work published and presented in medical journals and conferences respectively. Particularly noteworthy is the Travel Fellowship he received from the E.E.X.O.T. for his participation in the FORTE Summer School held in 2018 in Milan.

Avramidis Grigorios P. is an Orthopedic Surgeon – Sports Medicine Specialist and Deputy Director of the 3rd Orthopedic Clinic at HYGEIA. He maintains private practices in Chalkida and Marousi, Attica, and also conducts examinations and performs surgical procedures in Cyprus. He was born and raised in Chalkida and originates from Nafplio. Pathiakis Ioannis Md, MSc, PhD is an Orthopedic Surgeon who maintains a private practice in Peristeri. He holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and has obtained two postgraduate degrees in "Minimally Invasive Surgery, Robotic Surgery & Tele-surgery Medicine" and "Surgical Anatomy" from the Medical School of the same university. Additionally, he holds a Doctorate from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in the Department of Anatomy. He is specialized in Robotic Knee and Hip Surgery and in Microsurgical Bloodless Carpal Tunnel Release and holds a diploma in Medical Acupuncture from the Scientific Association of Medical Acupuncturists of Greece. He has completed training at numerous hospitals, while his specialty was completed in General Surgery at the General Hospital of Ierapetra. Furthermore, during his career, he has taught courses on First Aid, Traumatology, and musculoskeletal injuries at the IEK of Siteia and at the Volunteer Corps of Samaritans and Rescuers of Siteia, respectively. Finally, as part of his continuous education and updating in microsurgery and medical acupuncture, the physician regularly attends medical conferences, earning personal honorary distinctions.

Beyond Medicine, he holds a degree in Social Theology from the Theological School of Athens.
