Η Σερεμέτη Σωτηρία είναι Κλινική Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό γραφείο "ClinEat" στην περιοχή της Αργυρούπολης. Αποφοίτησε από το Τμήμα Επιστήμης Διαιτολογίας- Διατροφής της Σχολής Επιστημών Υγείας και Αγωγής του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα στην Εφαρμοσμένη Διαιτολογία- Διατροφή με κατεύθυνση την Κλινική Διατροφή του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών καθώς και εξειδίκευση στο Health Coaching από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με καρδιαγγειακά νοσήματα, όπως η Στεφανιαία Νόσος, και με νεφρικά νοσήματα, όπως η Χρόνια Νεφρική Νόσος. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Ευαγγελισμός» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής καθώς και σε γνωστό Διαιτολογικό γραφείο στους Αμπελοκήπους. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Κέντρων Αισθητικής στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακευτική εταιρεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. Από το 2018 αναλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση πλήθους περιστατικών, κλινικών και μη. Στα πλαίσια της περαιτέρω εκπαίδευσης της, παρακολουθεί συνέδρια και σεμινάρια δια βίου εκπαίδευσης στην Κλινική Διατροφή και τον Μεταβολισμό με ποικίλη θεματολογία.

Συνεργάτης του Διαιτολογικού γραφείου είναι η κα Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, η οποία αναλαμβάνει κλινικά και μη περιστατικά του γραφείου, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες του κάθε ασθενή. 

Η Κουτρουλή Ασπασία, BSc, MSc είναι απόφοιτη του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Διαιτολογίας του Ανώτατου Τεχνολογικού Εκπαιδευτικού Ιδρύματος Κρήτης, ενώ κατέχει Μεταπτυχιακό Δίπλωμα Ειδίκευσης στη Διατροφή στην Υγεία και την Νόσο του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλίας κι εξειδίκευση ως Personal Trainer Nutrition Coach από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Έχει ασχοληθεί ερευνητικά με την πρόληψη καρδιαγγειακών νοσημάτων, όπως το έμφραγμα του μυοκαρδίου. Πραγματοποίησε την πρακτική της άσκηση στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών «Κοργιαλένειο- Μπενάκειο Ε.Ε.Σ.» στο τμήμα Κλινικής Διατροφής. Έχει εργαστεί σε γνωστή αλυσίδα Γυμναστηρίων στη θέση Διαιτολόγου- Διατροφολόγου καθώς και σε φαρμακεία ως Διαιτολόγος- Διατροφολόγος κι Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης. 

Iliana Papadopoulou is a clinical dietitian-nutritionist with ten years of experience in clinical cases, which she acquired in major hospitals in the United Kingdom. Over the past four years, she has worked exclusively in one of the largest nephrology departments at Manchester Royal Infirmary in the United Kingdom, where she managed a broad range of patients with kidney diseases, supervised, and was the responsible dietitian in dialysis centers. She is recognized as a certified dietitian meeting the requirements set by the Health and Care Professions Council of the United Kingdom and is a member of both the British and Greek Dietetic Associations. Iliana maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. Her primary focus is the nutritional assessment of patients and the provision of nutritional education and guidance by offering personalized dietary programs based on their needs using evidence-based practice. She specializes in kidney diseases and also provides services for other clinical conditions such as gastroenterological and hepatic disorders, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, eating disorders, food intolerances, nutrition across life stages, and particularly in the elderly. Her office also offers body composition analysis and bioelectrical impedance measurement using the globally recognized and accurate Tanita analyzer. Additionally, she provides the capability for immediate communication with patients through a dedicated mobile application.

Tsilipakou Despoina is a Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist and has operated a certified dietetic practice since 2015 in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition – Dietetics at the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki. She is also a final-year student of the postgraduate program "Applied Dietetics and Nutrition, specializing in Clinical Nutrition" at Harokopio University – Department of Dietetics & Nutrition Science. She completed a postgraduate specialization program in Pediatric Nutrition "Master Nutritionist in Pediatric Nutrition" at EL.DE Studies and a training program in "Cognitive Behavioral Therapy" at the University of the Aegean, within the Mental and Community Health Program. During her training, she conducted scientific research on the measurement of basal metabolic rate and its correlation with physical activity and appetite. She has attended specialized conferences in clinical nutrition, nutrition for chronic diseases, pediatric nutrition, nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding, and sports nutrition. She holds a professional license to practice as a Dietitian - Nutritionist from the General Directorate of Public Health and Social Welfare, Department of Health Services and Professions. Finally, she has many years of experience and is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists.

Vlami Mariantzela is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and Molecular Biologist - Geneticist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi, Athens. She graduated with honors from the Universities of Pisa and Trieste in Italy. She holds a master's degree in Dietetics - Nutrition and has also completed the "Clinical Nutrition" program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Continuing her studies, she successfully completed the Harvard Medical School Course "Genetic Testing and Sequencing Technologies," receiving a scholarship. She specialized in Medical Genetics with a focus on Nutrigenetics (Functional Genomics of Human Nutrition - Clinical Nutrition). She has worked in the Department of Medical Genetics and Clinical Nutrition at the Pediatric Hospital IRCCS B. G. of Trieste, in the Department of Clinical Biochemistry at the University Hospital Cisanello of Pisa, and has extensive experience in counseling and nutritional education. Additionally, she has completed training programs in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Health Coaching. It is noteworthy that she was awarded by the University of Trieste for her experimental master's thesis entitled "Development of new genetic and immunological technologies in the diagnosis of celiac disease." She consistently participates in conferences and seminars, often as an instructor and speaker, staying updated on industry developments. Her method is based on nutrigenetic analysis, detailed history taking, and nutritional education, aiming for the highest possible personalization in nutrition to achieve optimal health and wellness outcomes based on the unique genotype, through the application of contemporary scientific knowledge and personalized approach. She holds a professional license as a Dietitian - Nutritionist in Greece with license number 701171 and a professional license in Italy with license number AA_083267.
