Deligeorgis Anastasios MD, MSc, Orthopaedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist, is Associate Director of the 3 rd Department of Orthopaedics, HYGEIA Private Hospital (Athens) and Scientific - Clinical Associate to the Centre of Shoulder Arthroscopy and Surgery (Athens). He treats the entire spectrum of orthopaedic diseases and sports injuries and holds a MSc in Sports Medicine (International Olympic Committee’s Diploma in Sports Medicine). Primary areas of specialization: advanced arthroscopy; minimally invasive techniques-MIS combined with fast- track protocols; robot-assisted arthroplasty using the MAKO Robotic-Arm Assisted Technology or navigators or digital systems; and biological therapies (platelet-rich plasma-PRP, stem cells). He received postgraduate training and worked in leading medical centres, both in Greece and abroad and next to pioneers in the field.
