As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Dr. Iliana Pantelidou is an Internist and serves as the Director of the Internal Medicine Clinic at the Psychiko Medical Center. She graduated with honors from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a Doctorate in Pathology (Infectious Diseases specialty) from the same university, awarded with honors. She worked as Deputy Director and Senior Registrar at the Errikos Dyunan Hospital from 2016 to 2024. Additionally, she has been a Scientific Collaborator at the Immunology of Infectious Diseases Clinic and the 4th University Internal Medicine Clinic of the Attikon University Hospital, where she participated in numerous research programs and projects. Finally, she attends and participates with presentations in a large number of seminars and conferences, both domestically and internationally, focusing on continuous education and professional development in her field.

Kalatzopoulou Garyfalia Liana MD, MSc is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and maintains a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She is a graduate of the Athens College and holds a medical degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She completed a postgraduate program in Immunology and Infectious Diseases at the University of Birmingham in the United Kingdom, specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas," and has extensive experience in the management of obesity, having handled hundreds of cases to date. Dr. Kalatzopoulou is an external associate of Metropolitan General Hospital and serves as the attending Internist at the Outpatient Clinics of the same hospital.

Pathologist Dr. Syneifakoulis Theoxaris is the third generation of physicians in his family. He graduated with "Excellent" from the Medical School of the University of Pécs, Hungary, and was awarded his Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, having completed his dissertation on skin melanoma. Additionally, he is a member of the RCPSG (Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow) and collaborates with the private hospitals "Hygeia" and "Euroclinic".

Dr. Syneifakoulis Theoxaris's further specialization and sequential years of training, including postgraduate studies in Mountain Medicine at the University of Leicester, U.K., as well as his certifications as an instructor for the American Heart Association ("AHA"), the European Resuscitation Council ("ERC"), Prehospital Trauma Life Support ("PHTLS") by the National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians ("NAEMT"), and Advanced Trauma Life Support ("ATLS") from the American College of Surgeons ("ACS"), have inspired him to continue the family tradition and broaden his professional horizons. These qualifications have provided him with the motivation and tools to engage not only in Internal Medicine but also in Travel and Mountain Medicine, as well as emergency Prehospital Medicine, both as an instructor and as a healthcare professional.

Dr. Leventi Eleni MD, MSc is an Internist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same University. She completed her rural service and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." During her specialization, she was extensively involved in the hospitalization and therapeutic management of hundreds of cases, ranging from very simple to severe, and participated in a three-month training in the Infectious Diseases, Intensive Care, and Cardiology Units of the hospital. To this day, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with the hospitals "Hygeia," "Mitera," and "Euroclinic," where patient hospitalization is possible. Finally, Dr. Leventi stays updated on contemporary medical developments by attending numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Atsali Lilian is an Internal Medicine Specialist and Infectious Disease Consultant who maintains a private practice in the Neos Psychiko area. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained her specialty certification in Internal Medicine in 2000 after a five-year residency at the General State Hospital of Nikaia - Piraeus. She specialized in Infectious Diseases at the 5th Internal Medicine Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Since 2017, she has also been working at Metropolitan General Hospital as Deputy Director of the 3rd Internal Medicine Clinic, where she is authorized to hospitalize her patients. Dr. Atsali has an extensive number of publications and presentations related to infectious disease topics. Finally, she is fluent in English and French.

Karydi Panagiota is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist, Director of the 4th Pulmonology Clinic at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital, while simultaneously maintaining a private practice in Cholargos since 2008. She holds a degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras and completed her specialization in Pulmonology at the University Pulmonology Clinic of the General Hospital for Thoracic Diseases of Athens "Sotiria". For many years, she worked as a Pulmonology Department Consultant at IASO General Clinic and, within her duties, was active in the Respiratory Function Testing Laboratory, the Smoking Cessation Clinic, and the Bronchology Laboratory, while also serving as the head of the clinic's Sleep Study Laboratory. In 2006, she assumed the directorship of the 2nd Pulmonology Clinic at IASO General, later "Metropolitan General," continuing her engagement with the full spectrum of pulmonology, as previously mentioned, until March 2022. From 2017 to 2022, she held the scientific responsibility of the Pulmonology Department at the "Metropolitan General" clinic. Dr. Karydi has participated in pharmaceutical research protocols and research teams and is a member of the European Respiratory Society. Additionally, she has participated as a speaker in the clinic’s educational program, at workshops, local and national conferences, and has delivered oral presentations at international conferences. Finally, she contributes to informative television programs on health topics and authors informative articles on issues related to her specialty in daily newspapers, magazines, and electronic media. Emphasizing personalized and individual care for each patient, always based on contemporary bibliographical data, her goal is to provide high-level services to all patients.

Kostalas Leonidas is an Internist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He holds a PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace and a medical degree from the Semmelweis University Medical School in Budapest. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Western Attica. Dr. Skopas Vlasios, MD, MSc, is a Pulmonologist - Tuberculosis Specialist, serving as the Deputy Director of the 3rd Pulmonology Clinic at the "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center, with capabilities for outpatient visits and inpatient care there. He also maintains private practices in Melissia and Marousi, Attica, specializing in the investigation and management of cough, fever, respiratory infections, dyspnea, chest pain, asthma, COPD, and interstitial lung diseases. He provides respiratory function testing services, including spirometry, oximetry, thoracic ultrasound, and exhaled FeNO measurement. He holds numerous certifications, such as ERS certification in pediatric asthma, ERS certification in Thoracic Ultrasound, ERS certification in Endobronchial Ultrasound (EBUS), as well as course training in peripheral bronchoscopy. Xristaki Sofia is a Pathologist, Deputy Director of the Clinic of Pathology and Clinical Immunology at Euroclinic Athens, and maintains a private practice in Chalandri. She is a PhD candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a medical degree from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. The doctor has extensive experience in cases of diabetes mellitus, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and immunology, and has been trained and worked in several hospitals in Greece and abroad, including Dewsbury General Hospital in Leeds, England. In her private practice, she provides specialized services tailored to the individual needs of her patients. Karaxalios Theodoros is a Pathologist and maintains his private practice in Galatsi. He holds a medical degree from the University of Ioannina and has served as a registrar for three years at the "HYGEIA" Hospital and as Director for ten years of the Pathology Department at the "Cityclinic" Clinic.

He is a member of the Society of Lipids and Atherosclerosis and the Hellenic Diabetes Association.

Efthymiou Theodora, is a pediatrician and maintains a private practice located in Chalandri since 2006, while she is also collaborating with SOS DOCTORS as a fully active member. SOS DOCTORS is the first Greek organization of freelance medical specialists dedicated in providing home medical services in emergencies 24/7. They have carried out very important research work, which includes presentations at scientific conferences and publications in recognized international medical journals and their philosophy is that it is an obligation of every SOS doctor to be immediately at the patient’s side, any time any day. In September 1990, Mrs. Efthymiou entered the medical faculty of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and graduated in 1996 with honors and an overall grade “Excellent”. Further, she specialized in the University B Pediatric Clinic of "AGIA SOFIA" Children's Hospital in Athens for four consecutive years (2002-2006). During her studies, she specialized in the department of pediatric cardiology, pediatric allergology and pediatric otolaryngology. Doctor Efthymiou also provides regular monitoring of infants from the day they return home until the age of 18 with respective concern and friendliness. After many years of experience as an SOS pediatrician, she offers medical services at home, where the child feels comfortable and safe. With the same state of mind and approach when entering her office in Chalandri, the waiting room has a playground area where the child has the opportunity to have a fun time until the exam.

Karampelas Ilias is an Internist who maintains his private practice in Cholargos. He holds a medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacology "Carol Davila" in Bucharest. He has served as an Internist in the Oncology Unit of the General Clinic Health Mansion "TYPET," as an Internist in the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the Military Fund Nursing Institution, and as a Scientific Collaborator at the Diabetes Center of the same Hospital. Currently, he serves as an Internist in the Oncology Unit of the Athens Medical Center, as well as an Internist - Scientific Collaborator in the Oncology Unit of the 3rd University Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Chest Diseases Hospital "Sotiria." The doctor has participated in numerous international and nationwide scientific conferences, and he is a member of the editorial team of the journal "Diabetological News." Finally, it would be an omission not to mention the doctor's specialization in oncology, diabetes mellitus, and general internal medicine.

Petsinis Georgios is a Pulmonologist - Phthisiologist who maintains a private practice in Marousi. In parallel, he serves as a Scientific Collaborator at the Oncology Clinic of the Athens Medical Center. He holds a Medical Degree from the University of Patras and completed postgraduate studies in Thoracic Oncology (M.Sc) at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized at the First Pulmonology Clinic of G.N. Sismanoglio, where he also served as an Assistant Pulmonology - Phthisiology Consultant. He has extensive clinical experience and has participated in the safety teams of EKEPY (National Health Operations Center). Finally, he has presented numerous scientific papers at conferences in Greece and abroad.

Panagiotakopoulou Aggeliki is a Pathologist who operates two private clinics in Marousi and Nea Penteli. She holds a PhD and is a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. She specialized in Pathology at the General Hospital of Chalkida and the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio", while also participating in and attending the clinical and research activities of the Infectious Diseases Department of the First University Propaedeutic Clinic of the University of Athens. She has extensive professional experience and since 2007 has served as Consultant at the Second Pathology Clinic of "Errikos Dynan" Hospital. Since November 2020, she has been working as Deputy Director of the Second Pathology Clinic at MITERA Hospital under the direction of Professor of Pathology - Infectious Diseases Georgios Daikos. In the clinic, she manages patients with conditions across the full spectrum of pathology and, in collaboration with Professor Daikos, deals with infectious disease cases in pregnant and immunocompromised patients. Additionally, she provides vaccination guidance for individuals traveling abroad or returning with infections. In her private practice, she offers high-level services in infectious diseases and also manages cases of hypertension, diabetes, metabolic disorders, clinical immunology, geriatrics, and hepatology. Finally, she has numerous participations in conferences related to her specialty and has been awarded for her publications abroad.

Roussou Maria MD, PhD is a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine and has maintained a private practice in Chalandri since 2009. She holds a degree and a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and also possesses a postgraduate specialization in "Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity" from the 2nd Propedeutic Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens. She has worked as a Specialist Scientific Collaborator and University Fellow at the Therapeutic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, engaging in clinical, teaching, research, and scientific activities. Furthermore, Dr. Roussou has participated in numerous research studies published in Greek and international conferences and journals.
