Η Αθηνά Παπαδάτου είναι Σύμβουλος Ψυχικής Υγείας, εκπαιδευόμενη Ψυχοθεραπεύτρια και πιστοποιημένη δασκάλα mindfulness. Διατηρεί ιδιωτικό γραφείο στο Παλαιό Φάληρο. Έχει ολοκληρώσει τις σπουδές της στη Συνθετική Συμβουλευτική (Integrative Counselling) και έχει εξειδικευτεί στην Ψυχοσυνθετική θεραπεία. Αυτή την περίοδο εκπαιδεύεται στη θεραπεία τραύματος. Συνοδεύει άτομα σε μια διαδρομή αυτογνωσίας για μείωση του άγχους, οριοθέτηση, βελτίωση των σχέσεων, αύξηση της αυτοεκτίμησης. Μέσα από την ενεργή ακρόαση, με ενσυναίσθηση και χωρίς επικριτικότητα, παρέχει ένα ασφαλές περιβάλλον ώστε το άτομο να ακουμπήσει το πρόβλημά του, να το δει από διαφορετικές οπτικές και να εξερευνήσει συναισθήματα, μοτίβα και κίνητρα ώστε να ενδυναμωθεί, να επιλέγει πιο συνειδητά και να αντιμετωπίζει αποτελεσματικά τα προβλήματα.
