Ο Γιοσδέκος Αλέξανδρος είναι Αγγειοχειρουργός - Αγγειολόγος, Αν. Διευθυντής Αγγειοχειρουργικής Κλινικής στην Ευρωκλινική Αθηνών. Έλαβε εκπαίδευση στη διενέργεια και ερμηνεία των έγχρωμων υπερηχογραφημάτων (triplex) των αγγείων. Το Αγγειοχειρουργικό Κέντρο του East Suffolk and North Essex αποτελεί σταθμό και ένα από τα ελάχιστα παγκοσμίως στη λαπαροσκοπική/ρομποτική αποκατάσταση των ανευρυσμάτων κοιλιακής αορτής καθώς και στην υβριδική αντιμετώπιση εμμένουσων ενδοδιαφυγών μετά από ενδαγγειακή αποκατάσταση (EVAR) ανευρυσμάτων κοιλιακής αορτής (CEALER). Απέκτησε επίσης εμπειρία στην ελάχιστα επεμβατική αντιμετώπιση σπάνιων παθήσεων, όπως σε endofibrosis των λαγόνιων αρτηριών σε επαγγελματίες ποδηλάτες και αθλητές αντοχής. Το 2019 έγινε κάτοχος μεταπτυχιακού διπλώματος (MSc) με τίτλο «Ενδαγγειακές τεχνικές» και βαθμό «Άριστα», του Διακρατικού Μεταπτυχιακού Προγράμματος Σπουδών των Ιατρικών Σχολών των Πανεπιστημίων Αθηνών και Μιλάνου. Dr. Tsoutsas Ioannis A is a Vascular Surgeon - Angiologist with a private practice in Vrilissia.
