Είναι αριστούχος απόφοιτος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Semmelweis και αριστούχος διδάκτωρ της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. She began her specialty training in the Surgical Clinic at the Anti-Cancer Hospital of Piraeus "Metaxa," continued her training in the ENT Clinic at the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Agia Sofia," and completed her specialization in Otolaryngology at the ENT Clinic of the General Hospital of Piraeus "Tzaneio." Additionally, she holds certification for issuing Medical Certificates for Seafarers at Biomedica Piraeus in the Maritime Department. Dr. Simopoulou is a member of the Panhellenic Society of Otolaryngology, Head and Neck Surgery, and the Panhellenic Pediatric Otolaryngology Society.
