Εργάστηκε, επίσης, ως Ερευνητικός και κλινικός συνεργάτης στο Ελληνικό ΄Ίδρυμα Υγείας (Hellenic Health Foundation) υπό την εποπτεία της Καθηγήτριας των Πανεπιστημίων Αθηνών και Harvard κας Αντωνίας Τριχοπούλου στα προγράμματα ‘’Consortium on Health and Ageing: Netwotk of Cohorts in Europe and the United States” και ‘’Υδρία’’. Eίναι ιδρυτικό μέλος της Διεθνούς Εταιρείας Έρευνας της Αλληλεπίδρασης Ψυχικών και Σωματικών Νοσημάτων. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε σημαντικό αριθμό ξένων και ελληνικών συνεδρίων, καθώς και ξενόγλωσσων και ελληνικών δημοσιεύσεων. Τέλος, διατελεί Διευθυντής του τμήματος Νευρο-Οφθαλμολογίας στο Athens Eye Hospital.

Xiotakakou Euterpi is a Gastroenterologist - Hepatologist who maintains private practices in Ampelokipoi, Marousi, as well as in Peristeri, where she can be consulted at the Medical Center - Peristeri Clinic. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her specialization in Gastroenterology at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos" and in London, at clinics such as St. Mark’s Hospital, Ealing Hospital, and Whipp’s Cross Hospital. Currently, she is Head of the Functional Bowel Disorders Department at the Athens Medical Center in Marousi and a member of the multidisciplinary team managing obese patients, led by surgeon Dr. K. Konstantinidis, who holds official certification from the World Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders. Furthermore, she collaborates with multiple clinics in the Attica region, has served as a Consultant in hospitals in Greece and London, and has amassed significant professional experience in her field. Finally, she is specialized in gastroenterological conditions such as irritable bowel syndrome, upper and lower gastrointestinal endoscopies (both diagnostic and interventional), esophageal manometry, and 24-hour esophageal pH impedance monitoring.
