Ο Ιατρός Κωνσταντίνος Θεμιστοκλής MD, MSc, PhD είναι Νευροχειρουργός και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στους Αμπελόκηπους. Επίσης κατέχει τίτλο μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών μετά την ολοκλήρωση του προγράμματος “Μεθοδολογία Ιατρικής Έρευνας, Βιοστατιστική και Κλινική Βιοπληροφορική” του Τμήματος Ιατρικής του Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας, καθώς και πιστοποιητικό εξειδικευμένης επιμόρφωσης ως Σύμβουλος Ιατρικής Δεοντολογίας και Βιοηθικής από το Εθνικό και Καποδιστριακό Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Από το 2023 είναι Διδάκτωρ  του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, αφού ολοκλήρωσε την διδακτορική του έρευνα μελετώντας τον Νευροπροστατευτικό ρόλο της πρωτεΐνης Hamartin (TSC-1) κατά την εγκεφαλική ισχαιμία. Τα πειράματα διενεργήθηκαν στο Ίδρυμα Ιατροβιολογικών Ερευνών της Ακαδημίας Αθηνών, όπου και παραμένει μεταδιδακτορικός ερευνητής.
