Το Arthrokinetics Physio Center είναι ένα σύγχρονο κέντρο φυσικοθεραπείας και αποκατάστασης που ιδρύθηκε τον Σεπτέμβριο του 2023 στην Αγία Παρασκευή, με στόχο την πλήρη επανάκτηση της λειτουργικότητας και τη βελτίωση της ποιότητας ζωής κάθε ασθενή. Ο χώρος είναι πλήρως εξοπλισμένος και σχεδιασμένος ώστε να προσφέρει εξατομικευμένη, ασφαλή και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένη θεραπευτική προσέγγιση σε μυοσκελετικά,ορθοπαιδικά και νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και σε αθλητικές κακώσεις και μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Επιστημονικοί υπεύθυνοι του κέντρου είναι ο Γεώργιος Ποδόγυρος, BSc Physiotherapy, Clinical Pilates Instructor, CKTP και ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης, BSc Physiotherapy, OMPT, Cert Acu, δύο φυσικοθεραπευτές με ισχυρό ακαδημαϊκό υπόβαθρο, πολυετή κλινική εμπειρία και συνεχή επιμόρφωση.

Ο Γιώργος Ποδόγυρος είναι απόφοιτος του University of East London (BSc Physiotherapy) με κατεύθυνση στη μυοσκελετική/ορθοπεδική φυσικοθεραπεία. Είναι εξειδικευμένος στη θεραπευτική άσκηση και Clinical Instructor στο Pilates, ενώ διαθέτει πιστοποιήσεις στον βιοϊατρικό βελονισμό και την ξηρά βελόνα, στο Manual Therapy, στη θεραπεία μυοπεριτονιακού πόνου, στην τεχνική ERGON (IASTM) και στο Kinesio Taping. Έχει εργαστεί στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (St John’s Wood Physiotherapy & Kensington Physiotherapy), στο κέντρο αποκατάστασης «Φιλοκτήτης» σε νευρολογικά περιστατικά, καθώς και στο ΙΑΣΩ General σε μετεγχειρητική αποκατάσταση.

Ο Ηλίας Ασημάκης είναι απόφοιτος του Τμήματος Φυσικοθεραπείας Στερεάς Ελλάδας και τακτικό μέλος του Πανελλήνιου Συλλόγου Φυσικοθεραπευτών. Από το 2022 φέρει τον διεθνώς αναγνωρισμένο τίτλο Ειδικού Μυοσκελετικού Φυσικοθεραπευτή (OMPT), πιστοποιημένο από την IFOMPT, ενώ είναι και πιστοποιημένος Ειδικός Βελονισμού από το Πανεπιστήμιο Δυτικής Αττικής. Εξειδικεύεται στην αποκατάσταση μυοσκελετικών παθήσεων, στη θεραπευτική άσκηση, στη μέθοδο McKenzie για προβλήματα σπονδυλικής στήλης, στο Manual Therapy, στο Taping και στις τεχνικές IASTM-ERGON.Η φιλοσοφία του Arthrokinetics βασίζεται στη λεπτομερή αξιολόγηση, στην εξατομικευμένη θεραπευτική παρέμβαση και στη διαρκή παρακολούθηση της προόδου, με έμφαση στη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και στην ενεργή συμμετοχή του ασθενή στη θεραπεία του.Στο Arthrokinetics Physio Center, η επιστημονική εξειδίκευση συνδυάζεται με σύγχρονες θεραπευτικές μεθόδους και ανθρώπινη προσέγγιση, προσφέροντας ολοκληρωμένες λύσεις αποκατάστασης με επαγγελματισμό, συνέπεια και σεβασμό.

Mylonas Xrysanthos is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist with private practices in Anavyssos, Lavrio, and Glyfada. He holds a degree from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed his specialty in General Surgery at the General State Hospital of Nikaia. Throughout his professional career, he served as a Scientific Collaborator at IKA Lavrio for over 15 years. Currently, in addition to his private practices, he is a Scientific Collaborator at the private hospital Medirerraneo in the Glyfada area. Furthermore, he regularly attends conferences in Greece and abroad covering the entire spectrum of Orthopedics, including topics such as osteoporosis, trauma, surgical arthroplasty, geriatric patients, and bone neoplasms. He also participates in various research projects and presentations both in Greece and internationally.

Panagiotis Sdrolias is a Neurosurgeon who maintains a private practice in Pallini. He holds a medical degree from the School of Health Sciences at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and completed a significant part of his specialty training as a paid internal assistant in the University Neurosurgical Clinics of the Pitie, Salpetriere, and Saint Anne Hospitals in Paris, with final completion at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Subsequently, he served as a paid Specialist Scientific Associate of the University Neurosurgical Clinic at the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." In recent years, he has practiced Neurosurgery privately, collaborating with private clinics including Mediterranean Hospital, Iaso General, and Evgenideio Therapy Center. Athanasakis Theodoros is an Orthopedic Surgeon who began his specialization in Orthopedics at Venizeleio Provincial Hospital and completed it at the University Hospital of Heraklion, Crete. During his specialty training, he moved to Athens to train in foot and ankle pathology under Mr. Athanasios Badekas, a military orthopedic surgeon and Police Brigadier (former team doctor for the Olympiacos basketball team). Concurrently, he served as a resident physician in the Second Orthopedic Clinic at the Agia Sofia Children's Hospital under the Director Mr. Ioannis Anastasopoulos. At the Children's Hospital, he completed numerous on-call shifts and performed many surgeries. He maintains a private practice in Heraklion, Crete, where he offers services across the full spectrum of his specialty. He possesses excellent scientific expertise and significant experience in the diagnosis and management—both conservative and surgical—of orthopedic conditions.

Andreas Kanellidis is a Physiotherapist and operates his private Physiotherapy clinic in Kypseli. He manages a wide range of cases, responding to the individualized needs of each patient, while it would be remiss not to mention his specialization in Physiotherapeutic assessment and Rehabilitation, Musculoskeletal Rehabilitation, as well as Acupuncture.

Mpogiopoulos Andreas is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Traumatologist and maintains a private clinic in Ioannina. Upon completing his studies at the Università degli Studi Di Roma “La Sapienza,” he specialized in the 5th Orthopedic Department of the General Hospital "Asklipieio Voula," where he further specialized in Hand/Upper Limb Surgery and Microsurgery. Additionally, he trained in France in Hip & Knee Arthroplasty. He has also received training in Pediatric Orthopedics. He possesses extensive clinical experience, having worked in major clinics in the country and maintains collaborations with Mediterraneo Hospital, Metropolitan Hospital, Mitera, Doctors’ Hospital, and Iaso Thessaly.

Vasilakakos Theofanis MD is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Sports Medicine Specialist with private practices in Kalamata, Sparta, and Kolonaki, and is also an Associate at the "Metropolitan" Hospital in Athens. He has specialized in Arthroscopic Surgery of the shoulder and knee at McGill University in Canada and in Reconstructive Surgery of the hip, shoulder, and knee at the Hospital for Special Surgery in the United States of America. He manages patients with sports injuries, osteoarthritis, spinal hemangioma, fractures, meniscal tears, anterior cruciate ligament tears, scoliosis-kyphosis, spinal stenosis, spondylolisthesis, tendinitis, chondropathy, and other bone injuries.

Tsoutsanis Georgios is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private clinics in Petralona and Agios Ioannis Rentis. He trained at the Naval Hospital of Athens and the General Hospital "Asklipieio" of Voula, and has attended training seminars in Arthroplasty techniques, Arthroscopy, and Sports Injuries. He has been a Consultant at the 1st Orthopedic Clinic of Metropolitan General since 2008 and a collaborator at the Athens Medical Center in the Peristeri Clinic. Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. Since 2014, he worked as an Orthopedics and Traumatology resident at the Attica General Hospital KAT, in the 1st Orthopedic Clinic, until September 2019. Ο Ευσταθίου Ανδρέας MSc, MBA, PhD, FHCOS είναι Ορθοπαιδικός Χειρουργός και διατηρεί ιατρεία στην Αθήνα και στη Ναύπακτο. Αποφοίτησε από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου "Victor Babes" της Ρουμανίας και στη συνέχεια ειδικεύτηκε στην Ορθοπαιδική και Τραυματολογία στην Β΄ Ορθοπαιδική Πανεπιστημιακή Κλινική στο Κωνσταντοπούλειο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Νέας Ιωνίας, όπου απέκτησε σημαντική εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση ευρέοu φάσματος Ορθοπαιδικών παθήσεων και τραυματισμών. Κατά τη διάρκεια της εκπαίδευσής του, εκπαιδεύτηκε σε εξειδικευμένα τμήματα της Παιδοχειρουργικής, της Παιδοορθοπαιδικής, της Χειρουργικής Χεριού και της Μικροχειρουργικής, εμπλουτίζοντας την εμπειρία του σε σύνθετες παθήσεις και εξειδικευμένες χειρουργικές τεχνικές.

Σήμερα υπηρετεί ως Επιστημονικός Συνεργάτης στην Κλινική Ρομποτικής Χειρουργικής Γόνατος και Ισχίου του Metropolitan General Hospital, ενώ έχει υπηρετήσει και ως Επικουρικός Χειρουργός Ορθοπαιδικός στην Πρωτοβάθμια Φροντίδα Υγείας. Το ιδιαίτερο ενδιαφέρον του εστιάζεται στη χειρουργική γόνατος και ισχίου, στην τραυματολογία και στις σύγχρονες χειρουργικές τεχνικές, με στόχο τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική αποκατάσταση και τη γρήγορη επάνοδο των ασθενών στην καθημερινότητά τους.

Alafropatis Ilias is an Orthopedic Surgeon maintaining a private practice in Evosmos, Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. He began his specialization at the Surgical Clinic of the General Hospital of Lamia, continued at the Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital of Kavala, and subsequently was appointed to the 3rd University Orthopedic Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki at Papageorgiou General Hospital. He obtained the specialist title in Orthopedic Surgery and Traumatology after successful examinations in 2015 and concurrently received the diploma of the Hellenic College of Orthopedic Surgeons. He has been a scientific collaborator of the 3rd University Orthopedic Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki since obtaining his specialty to the present day. He served as an Orthopedic consultant for the MDA Hellas department operating in the 2nd University Pediatric Clinic of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, where adults and children with neuromuscular disorders are treated. Throughout his scientific career, he has participated in numerous conferences, seminars, and educational events, contributed to the authorship of various scientific papers in Greek and international scientific journals, authored a book published by an international publisher of scientific monographs, and has been involved in the education of medical students at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. Finally, the physician has been trained in a broad spectrum of orthopedic surgeries encompassing both trauma surgery and reconstructive orthopedic surgery, with particular interest in upper limb and hand pathologies, and has established collaborations with all private clinics in Thessaloniki.

Markopoulos Xristos is an Orthopedic Surgeon and a PhD candidate at the Medical School of the University of Athens, with a private practice in Marousi. Concurrently, he serves as a Consultant in the Upper Limb and Microsurgery Department at YGEIA Hospital and has been a member of the medical team for the Panathinaikos BC basketball team. Klaudianos Dionysios is an Orthopedic Surgeon with private clinics in Haidari and Nikaia and serves as a collaborator at the Peristeri Medical Center. Stamatiou Dauid-Aggelos and Malama Andromachi are specialized physiotherapists and have been operating the physiotherapy clinic ActivePhysioCenter in Kallithea, Attica, since 2019. We are graduates of the Department of Physiotherapy at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (ATEI). Subsequently, we specialized at the Association of Manual Therapists Physiotherapists of Greece (S.F.X.E.-I.F.O.M.T.) in Manual Therapy - Chiropractic methods and Dry Needling, and in Biomedical Acupuncture (EFEA), respectively. At the ActivePhysioCenter Physiotherapy Clinic, we aim for a holistic approach to musculoskeletal and neurological cases, relying on careful and thorough patient history-taking and evaluation to ensure that the therapeutic approach is targeted and individualized.
