Dr. Kyrilis Xristos MD, MSc is an Orthopedic Surgeon - Spine Surgeon specializing in spinal surgery, as well as endoscopic spinal surgery, and maintains a private practice in Vrilissia. He was admitted to the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and, after completing his studies and fulfilling his military obligations, he began the general part of his specialty in Orthopedics and Traumatology at the General Surgery Clinic of the General Hospital of Agrinio. He has worked in both the private and public sectors in Greece and abroad. He holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from the Technological Educational Institute of Athens and an MSc in Clinical Management of Pain from the University of Edinburgh, School of Medicine. Additionally, he holds a Certificate in Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy from the Department of Psychology at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has served as Head of the Physiotherapy & Occupational Therapy Department at the Rehabilitation Center "Anaplasi" and as an External Collaborator at Leukos Stavros Hospital and Doctors’ Hospital. He is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Physiotherapists, the Hellenic Scientific Society of Physiotherapy, and the Acupuncture Association of Chartered Physiotherapists, UK.

Ο Αλέξανδρος Σιδέρης είναι φυσικοθεραπευτής με κλινική εξειδίκευση στη Μυοσκελετική Φυσικοθεραπεία, το Manual Therapy, τον Βιοϊατρικό Βελονισμό και τη διαχείριση του επίμονου και χρόνιου πόνου. Δραστηριοποιείται σε δύο εξειδικευμένες κλινικές φυσικοθεραπείας, τη Physio Science Clinic και το Pain Physios, εφαρμόζοντας μια κοινή φιλοσοφία σύγχρονης, εξατομικευμένης και επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένης φυσικοθεραπείας.

Και στους δύο κλινικούς χώρους, η θεραπεία ξεκινά από την ουσιαστική κατανόηση του προβλήματος και όχι απλώς από τη διάγνωση. Η λεπτομερής αξιολόγηση, ο κλινικός συλλογισμός και η συνεχής επανεκτίμηση αποτελούν τη βάση για τη δημιουργία ενός πραγματικά εξατομικευμένου θεραπευτικού πλάνου.

Ιδιαίτερη έμφαση δίνεται στη Μυοσκελετική Φυσικοθεραπεία, στον επίμονο και χρόνιο πόνο, στις παθήσεις της σπονδυλικής στήλης, στις κεφαλαλγίες, στις δυσλειτουργίες της κροταφογναθικής άρθρωσης, στις παθήσεις του περιφερικού νευρικού συστήματος, καθώς και σε σύνθετα περιστατικά όπου τα συμπτώματα επιμένουν ή δεν εξηγούνται εύκολα από μία μόνο διάγνωση.

Παράλληλα, προσφέρονται εξατομικευμένα προγράμματα μετεγχειρητικής και αθλητικής αποκατάστασης, με στόχο την ασφαλή επάνοδο στη λειτουργικότητα, την επιθυμητή καθημερινότητα και την επιστροφή στον αθλητισμό.

Στις υπηρεσίες των δύο κλινικών χώρων περιλαμβάνονται, ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες κάθε περιστατικού, θεραπευτική άσκηση, Manual Therapy, βελονισμός, εκπαίδευση στην κατανόηση του πόνου και σύγχρονες τεχνολογίες αποκατάστασης, πάντα μέσα σε ένα εξατομικευμένο θεραπευτικό πλάνο.
