He holds a medical degree from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Iuliu Hatieganu" and completed a postgraduate program in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He specialized in Orthopedics at the Sports Injuries Department of the 4th Orthopedic Clinic of the General Hospital "Asklipieio" Voulas and received further training in the Shoulder Disease Clinic at the Istituto Clinico Humanitas in Milan. Additionally, he specialized in sports injuries at the Pediatric Orthopedic Clinic of the General Children's Hospital of Athens "Panagiotis & Aglaia Kyriakou" and in the management of Upper Limb and Shoulder disorders at the Microsurgery Clinic of the Attikon General Hospital of Athens KAT.
