She graduated from the University of Crete in 2014 and subsequently completed her four-year training in Systemic Family Psychotherapy at the "Institute of Systemic Approach & Family Therapy" in Thessaloniki. She then attended the Interuniversity Postgraduate Program in Educational Sciences titled "Special Education and Training" (Med) at the University of Patras in collaboration with the University of Nicosia, as she was professionally involved in education and special education. Her studies continued with a second Master's degree in "Counseling Psychology and Counseling in Special Education, Education, and Health" (MSc) from the University of Thessaly. To date, she stays updated in her field by attending seminars, workshops, and conferences.

Her studies and interests have accompanied her professional career, as since 2014 she has enriched her experience through professional and voluntary collaboration with various organizations. The areas she has focused on include mental health, disability, and addictions. In recent years, she has been providing both in-person and online psychotherapy sessions, focusing on individual therapy, couples and family therapy, and parent counseling. She offers flexibility in her availability to accommodate the needs of clients abroad, beyond regular office hours. Additionally, since 2020, she has been working as a psychologist in Primary Education, in elementary schools and kindergartens in Central Macedonia, providing counseling services to parents, teachers, and students, organizing interventions based on the needs of the student population, and training educators.
