Η Λάσπα Έλενα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Μέσω πανελληνίων εξετάσεων εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών το 1990. Μετά από γραπτό διαγωνισμό έλαβε και διατήρησε για όλη τη διάρκεια των σπουδών την υποτροφία του κληροδοτήματος "Αντωνίου Παπαδάκη". Μετά την αποφοίτηση της τον Ιούλιο του 1996 εκπλήρωσε την υπηρεσίας υπαίθρου, στην διάρκεια της οποίας πήρε απόσπαση για τις εφημερίες της στην μονάδα εμφραγμάτων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Πρεβέζης. Εν συνεχεία ειδικεύτηκε για 2 έτη στην παθολογία ως προαπαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση για την κύρια ειδικότητα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στην ειδικότητα της Ενδοκρινολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων υπό τη διεύθυνση του καθηγητή Α.Τσατσούλη. Ολοκλήρωσε το τελευταίο τμήμα της την ειδικότητας στο St.Mary’s Hospital του Λονδίνου, όπου εξειδικέυθηκε στο υπερηχογράφημα τραχήλου και στις καθοδηγούμενες υπερηχογραφικά παρακεντήσεις όζων θυρεοειδούς αδένα. Παράλληλα με την κλινική της δραστηριότητα στο Λονδίνο, συμμετείχε σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα μελέτης της μεταβλητότητας παραγόντων κινδύνου για την εμφάνιση διαταραχής ανοχής γλυκόζης και αθηροσκληρωτικής νόσου. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας παρέμεινε επιστημονικά ενεργή με την συμμετοχή της σε έρευνες του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων για τον καρκίνο του θυρεοειδούς, για τις ανάγκες της οποίας ανέλαβε μεγάλο αριθμό παρακεντήσεων όζων θυρεοειδούς. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως κλινικός ερευνητής στην Διεθνή κλινική μελέτη Lantus HOE901/3505: ATLANTUS. Επίσης συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής σε πλήθος ελληνικών και διεθνών συνεδρίων. Διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά έχουν φιλοξενήσει δημοσιεύσεις της. Το 2015 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Παραθυρεοειδείς αδένες και μεταβολισμός των οστών" στο διαδικτυακό πόνημα "Σύγχρονο εγχειρίδιο Ενδοκρινολογίας". Το 2016 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Pseudohypoparathyroid States" στην Εγκυκλοπαίδεια Ενδοκρινικών Νοσημάτων (Encyclopedia of Endocrine Diseases). Το 2019 ολοκλήρωσε το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα «Health Coach» του Κέντρου Επιμόρφωσης και Δια Βίου Μάθησης του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα το οποίο προσφέρει γνώσεις και εφόδια «προπονητή υγείας» ,ώστε ο ιατρός με μοντέλα ειδικής προσέγγισης και μεθοδολογίας να ενδυναμώσει τον κάθε άνθρωπο να αλλάξει βλαπτικές συνήθειες και συμπεριφορές και να επιτύχει τους στόχους υγείας που θέτει. Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρίας και της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Μελέτης Μεταβολισμού των Οστών. Μετά από εξετάσεις έγινε δεκτή ως μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ενδοκρινολογίας, Διαβήτη και Μεταβολισμού (Fellow of the European Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism).

Zontanos Fotis is an Endocrinologist who has maintained a private practice in Neos Kosmos since 2002. Poimenidou Eirini is a Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Komotini. She graduated from the Medical School of the State Medical Academy "I.M. Sechenov" in Moscow. She specialized in Pathology at the General Hospital of Xanthi and in Endocrinology at the Cancer Hospital of Thessaloniki "Theageneio." She has worked as an Endocrinologist at the outpatient clinic of Urban Polyclinic No. 68 in Moscow and served as a physician in the MSF project for the medical and pharmaceutical care of residents at the Pre-Departure Detention Center for Immigrants in Komotini with Doctors Without Borders. Finally, she is a member of the Medical Association of Rodopi and the Hellenic Endocrinological Society, and she speaks English, German, and Russian.

Vassi Paraskeui is a Dietitian - Nutritionist. She studied in the Department of Nutrition & Dietetics at the Thessaloniki TEI, where she graduated with honors. She specializes in clinical cases (irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, diabetes mellitus, cholesterol, thyroid disorders, etc.), obesity, pregnancy, and sports nutrition. She completed her internship in the Clinical Nutrition Department at the Thessaloniki TEI. Subsequently, she participated in the research program "Alliance for Health," focusing on interventional nutrition programs for degenerative diseases (obesity, cardiovascular problems, hypertension, diabetes mellitus). From 2017 to the present, she has been collaborating with the largest gym chain in Thessaloniki, managing individualized nutrition programs tailored for adults, adolescents, and children. She has experience working with the Prolepsis Institute, through which she conducted numerous lectures at primary schools in the Thessaloniki region. Additionally, she has attended numerous conferences, seminars, and workshops related to the science of nutrition and health in general. Finally, she has contributed articles to various local magazines in the Thessaloniki region.

Roussou Maria MD, PhD is a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine and has maintained a private practice in Chalandri since 2009. She holds a degree and a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and also possesses a postgraduate specialization in "Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity" from the 2nd Propedeutic Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens. She has worked as a Specialist Scientific Collaborator and University Fellow at the Therapeutic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, engaging in clinical, teaching, research, and scientific activities. Furthermore, Dr. Roussou has participated in numerous research studies published in Greek and international conferences and journals. Marilena Nikolidaki RD BSc cMSc is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains a private practice in Rethymno. She is a graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics of the School of Health Sciences at the Hellenic Mediterranean University, and she is also pursuing a postgraduate program in "Nutrition & Public Health" at the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended numerous educational programs and seminars, acquiring further knowledge in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, diabetes mellitus and obesity, endocrinological issues in children and adolescents related to weight management. Additionally, she has completed practical training seminars at the Nutrition Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos." Concurrently, the Nutritionist is an active member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists, as well as the Hellenic Society of Clinical Nutrition and Metabolism (GrEspen). Since 2024, she has maintained her private dietetic office at 30 Emmanouil Portaliou Street in the center of Rethymno.

Ο Τσουρούς Γεώργιος είναι Ειδικός Παθολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας στο κέντρο της Γλυφάδας από το 2005. Σπούδασε στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Κρήτης και έλαβε την ειδικότητα της Εσωτερικής Παθολογίας, στο Νοσοκομείο Ευαγγελισμός. Επιπλέον, έλαβε πιστοποίηση στην Κλινική Υπερτασιολογία (Clinical Hypertension Specialist), μετά από επιτυχή συμμετοχή στις εξετάσεις του American Society of Hypertension Specialist Program Inc, Chicago. Συνεργάσθηκε επί δύο έτη με την Εταιρεία Επείγουσας Εξωνοσοκομειακής Ιατρικής «SOS Ιατροί», πραγματοποιώντας μεγάλο αριθμό κατ’ οίκον επισκέψεων, ως εφημερεύων Παθολόγος. Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Επιπλέον του ερευνητικού και διδακτικού του έργου στnν Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL, που συγκαταλέγεται στις 10 κορυφαίες ιατρικές σχολές παγκοσμίως, συνεχίζει το κλινικό του έργο τόσο στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, εκτελώντας καθήκοντα Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου, όσο και στην Ελλάδα, στη Γενική και Μαιευτική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ.  

Μετά την εισαγωγή του με πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις και αποφοίτησή του από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, μετέβη το 2004 στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, όπου και εργάστηκε σε κορυφαία Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία μέχρι το 2018. Το 2007 έγινε, μετά από εξετάσεις, τακτικό μέλος του Βασιλικού Κολεγίου των Παθολόγων (Member of the Royal College of Physicians, UK). Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητάς του στην Ενδοκρινολογία και Διαβητολογία στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία (CCT in Endocrinology & Diabetes, UK) και συγκεκριμένα στα Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία Royal Free Hospital, University College London Hospital και Whittington Hospital του UCL, τον Φεβρουάριο 2015 ανέλαβε θέση Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική - Διαβητολογική Κλινική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Συνεχίζει το ερευνητικό του έργο με βάση το UCL και πλήθος διεθνών συνεργασιών με περισσότερες από 55 δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά και περισσότερες από 50 παρουσιάσεις εργασιών και ομιλίες σε βρετανικά, ευρωπαϊκά και αμερικάνικα ιατρικά συνέδρια. Έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων και διαβήτη και το πρωταρχικό του μέλημα είναι η προσφορά υψηλού επιπέδου εξατομικευμένων υπηρεσιών υγείας με βασικό γνώμονα την Ιατρική με βάση την πιο επικαιροποιημένη επιστημονική γνώση (Evidence - Based Medicine).

Dr Skoutas Dimitrios is a Specialist in Internal Medicine - Diabetology and maintains a private practice in Thessaloniki. He holds a PhD from the Medical School of Democritus University of Thrace with a focus on "Diabetic Foot."
