Dr. Theodoros Lagarias is a seasoned physician with extensive experience in Primary Health Care and medical education. He began his medical career as a resident physician at the General Hospital of Chania, serving from 2007 to 2011. Subsequently, he held the position of General Practitioner at the Health Center of Agia, Larissa, advancing to the rank of Senior Registrar (Grade A) from 2011 until 2024.​

Between 2017 and 2024, Dr. Lagarias served as the coordinator for the training of resident physicians in General/Family Medicine at the General Hospital of Larissa, playing a pivotal role in their clinical and scientific development. Concurrently, he contributed to undergraduate medical education by participating as an instructor during educational visits of medical students from the School of Medicine at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to Primary Health Care units.​

She is certified by SCOPE (Specialist Certification of Obesity Professional Education) from the World Obesity Federation, with specialized training in the modern and scientifically validated management of obesity. Dr. Fountouli is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Crete and holds a Master's Degree in Leadership, Innovation, and Value-based Health Policies. She collaborates with the Diabetes Unit and Obesity Unit of a major private medical center and participates as a researcher in international clinical studies. She provides personalized, holistic care grounded in scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach, addressing both preventive and therapeutic needs in adults.

Dr. Evangelos V. Lolis

Endocrinologist – Diabetologist – Andrologist

Dr. Evangelos V. Lolis is an Endocrinologist, Diabetologist, and Andrologist who maintains a private medical practice in the center of Patras. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Η Εβίτα (Παρασκευή) Φράγκου είναι Παθολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στον Μαρκόπουλο. Έλαβε το πτυχίο της από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών, και τον Μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο σπουδών (Masters of Science in Internal Medicine) από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Πανεπιστημίου του Εδιμβούργου, στο Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο (with Distinction). Εκπόνησε τη διδακτορική της διατριβή στη Λοιμωξιολογία με βαθμό “Άριστα”, στην Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, για την οποία έλαβε υποτροφία από το Ίδρυμα Κρατικών Υποτροφιών (ΙΚΥ). Karyofylli Tamisoglou Ioanna is a Specialist in Internal Medicine maintaining private practices in Thessaloniki. She graduated from the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the International Hellenic University (IHU) and has completed the postgraduate program titled "Food, Nutrition, and Microbiome" at the School of Medicine of Democritus University of Thrace.

She holds a Master Practitioner diploma in Eating Disorders and Obesity for the treatment and management of eating disorders and obesity from the National Centre for Eating Disorders of the United Kingdom and the Hellenic Centre for Eating Disorder Treatment. Additionally, she is certified as a specialist in sports nutrition.

She completed her internship at the General Hospital of Lamia, where, as a trainee Clinical Dietitian - Nutritionist, she was responsible for designing daily diets for patients in various hospital clinics.

She is a member of the Panhellenic Association of Dietitians - Nutritionists and regularly participates in seminars and scientific conferences, aiming for continuous professional development and staying informed about advancements in her field.

Gouliaris Antonios is an Internal Medicine specialist with a private practice in Glyka Nera. He is an Honor Graduate PhD of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a degree from the same institution. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the Therapeutic Clinic of the University of Athens at the General Hospital "Alexandra." He pursued further training in France, with a scholarship from the French government, in the field of "Respiratory Pathophysiology" & "Respiratory Diseases" at the University Hospital of NANCY - INSERM Research Center. To this day, he serves as the Director Internist of the Athens Medical Center at the Maroussi Clinic and the Psychiko Clinic. He has participated in numerous conferences in Greece and abroad and has publications in Greek and international journals. Finally, a significant milestone in the doctor's medical career was in 1982, when he was awarded the "Sotiris Papastamatis Award" by the Medical Society of Athens for the best research work of the year: "The Concentration of 2,3-DPG in Red Blood Cells in Idiopathic Hypertension."

Konstantinou Krini is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and has a private office in Voula. Apart from her scientific training in the field of nutrition - dietetics (see biography) and her many years of experience in this field, she approaches the people who trust her in a human and friendly way. Through her training in life coaching, she focuses on the self-motivation of the people who trust her and on their self-commitment in order to achieve the goals they have set. Also, nutritional programs are always drawn up in collaboration with clients, taking into account particularities, preferences, health issues, working hours, medication, physical activity, and general lifestyle. It covers clinical conditions such as diabetes mellitus, kidney, thyroid, cardiovascular, celiac disease, etc., breastfeeding, and pregnant and menopausal women. She also has extensive experience in feeding people who play sports, but also in feeding children, adolescents, vegetarians, and people with eating disorders.

Panagiotis Mylonas MD is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Patras. He holds a PhD in Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Mellitus from the University of Patras. Dr. Mylonas has extensive experience in thyroid diseases and diabetes mellitus and has served as a Scientific Associate in the Endocrinology Department of the University of Patras. Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

She studied Medicine at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specialized in Internal Medicine at the Alexandra General Hospital of Athens. She holds a Doctorate degree from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a specialization certificate in Diabetes Mellitus. Currently, after many years of experience, she is a Director at the National Health System (ESY) at the Evangelismos General Hospital of Athens and Head of the Diabetology Clinic in the 3rd Internal Medicine Department of the same hospital. She has participated as a speaker in numerous medical conferences and scientific seminars and has a substantial body of written work with publications in international and Greek scientific journals.

Ο Μαλλιόπουλος Δημοσθένης είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος και διατηρεί ιδιωτικό ιατρείο στην Ηλιούπολη. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Αριστοτελείου Πανεπιστημίου Θεσσαλονίκης και της Στρατιωτικής Σχολής Αξιωματικών Σωμάτων. Για την ειδικότητα της ενδοκρινολογίας εκπαιδεύτηκε αρχικά επί 2 έτη στη Β’ Παθολογική Κλινική - Διαβητολογικό Κέντρο του Νοσοκομείου ΝΙΜΤΣ με διευθυντή τον γνωστό Διαβητολόγο Δρ Μυγδάλη Ηλία, δίπλα στον οποίο απέκτησε μεγάλη εμπειρία στο χειρισμό ασθενών με σακχαρώδη διαβήτη. Στη συνέχεια, εργάστηκε ως ειδικευόμενος ενδοκρινολόγος στη Μονάδα Ενδοκρινολογίας, Μεταβολισμού και Διαβήτη της Α’ Παιδιατρικής Κλινικής Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Παίδων "Αγία Σοφία’", με διευθυντή τον παγκοσμίως γνωστό για το επιστημονικό του έργο Καθηγητή Κο Χρούσο Γεώργιο με τον οποίο συνεργάστηκε στενά το ίδιο διάστημα παρακολουθώντας παιδιά με ενδοκρινοπάθειες στη Μονάδα Ενδοκρινολογίας, Μεταβολισμού και Διαβήτη του Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών στο Ευγενίδειο Θεραπευτήριο. Η εκπαίδευση του στην ενδοκρινολογία ολοκληρώθηκε στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική - Διαβητολογικό Κέντρο του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών "Γ. Γεννηματάς". Κατά την ειδίκευση του εκεί απέκτησε μεγάλη εμπειρία στην παρακολούθηση ασθενών από όλο το φάσμα της ενδοκρινολογίας και κυρίως αυτών με παθήσεις επινεφριδίων και ενδοκρινικής υπέρτασης που είναι και το επιστημονικό ενδιαφέρον της συγκεκριμένης κλινικής. Έλαβε τον τίτλο της ειδικότητας της ενδοκρινολογίας τον Ιούλιο του 2014. Εργάστηκε επί 4 έτη ως Επιμελητής του Ενδοκρινολογικού Ιατρείου στο Νοσοκομείο ΝΙΜΤΣ. Σε αυτό το διάστημα, έλαβε 6μηνη εκπαίδευση στους υπερήχους θυρεοειδούς στο Αντικαρκινικό - Ογκολογικό Νοσοκομείο "Μεταξά". Από το 2020 μέχρι σήμερα εργάζεται ως Επιμελητής στην Ενδοκρινολογική Κλινική του 401 Γενικού Στρατιωτικού Νοσοκομείου Αθηνών και έχει το βαθμό του Αντισυνταγματάρχη. Έχει ενεργό συμμετοχή σε επιστημονικές εργασίες και στη συγγραφή άρθρων σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά, ενώ έχει παρουσιάσεις σε ενδοκρινολογικά συνέδρια. Συνεχίζει την εκπαίδευση του με την τακτική συμμετοχή σε ετήσια σεμινάρια της Ευρωπαϊκής (Εuropean Society of Endocrinology) και Αμερικάνικης Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρίας (Endocrine Society) των οποίων και είναι μέλος.
