Η Λάσπα Έλενα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Μέσω πανελληνίων εξετάσεων εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών το 1990. Μετά από γραπτό διαγωνισμό έλαβε και διατήρησε για όλη τη διάρκεια των σπουδών την υποτροφία του κληροδοτήματος "Αντωνίου Παπαδάκη". Μετά την αποφοίτηση της τον Ιούλιο του 1996 εκπλήρωσε την υπηρεσίας υπαίθρου, στην διάρκεια της οποίας πήρε απόσπαση για τις εφημερίες της στην μονάδα εμφραγμάτων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Πρεβέζης. Εν συνεχεία ειδικεύτηκε για 2 έτη στην παθολογία ως προαπαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση για την κύρια ειδικότητα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στην ειδικότητα της Ενδοκρινολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων υπό τη διεύθυνση του καθηγητή Α.Τσατσούλη. Ολοκλήρωσε το τελευταίο τμήμα της την ειδικότητας στο St.Mary’s Hospital του Λονδίνου, όπου εξειδικέυθηκε στο υπερηχογράφημα τραχήλου και στις καθοδηγούμενες υπερηχογραφικά παρακεντήσεις όζων θυρεοειδούς αδένα. Παράλληλα με την κλινική της δραστηριότητα στο Λονδίνο, συμμετείχε σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα μελέτης της μεταβλητότητας παραγόντων κινδύνου για την εμφάνιση διαταραχής ανοχής γλυκόζης και αθηροσκληρωτικής νόσου. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας παρέμεινε επιστημονικά ενεργή με την συμμετοχή της σε έρευνες του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων για τον καρκίνο του θυρεοειδούς, για τις ανάγκες της οποίας ανέλαβε μεγάλο αριθμό παρακεντήσεων όζων θυρεοειδούς. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως κλινικός ερευνητής στην Διεθνή κλινική μελέτη Lantus HOE901/3505: ATLANTUS. Επίσης συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής σε πλήθος ελληνικών και διεθνών συνεδρίων. Διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά έχουν φιλοξενήσει δημοσιεύσεις της. Το 2015 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Παραθυρεοειδείς αδένες και μεταβολισμός των οστών" στο διαδικτυακό πόνημα "Σύγχρονο εγχειρίδιο Ενδοκρινολογίας". Το 2016 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Pseudohypoparathyroid States" στην Εγκυκλοπαίδεια Ενδοκρινικών Νοσημάτων (Encyclopedia of Endocrine Diseases). Το 2019 ολοκλήρωσε το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα «Health Coach» του Κέντρου Επιμόρφωσης και Δια Βίου Μάθησης του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα το οποίο προσφέρει γνώσεις και εφόδια «προπονητή υγείας» ,ώστε ο ιατρός με μοντέλα ειδικής προσέγγισης και μεθοδολογίας να ενδυναμώσει τον κάθε άνθρωπο να αλλάξει βλαπτικές συνήθειες και συμπεριφορές και να επιτύχει τους στόχους υγείας που θέτει. Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρίας και της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Μελέτης Μεταβολισμού των Οστών. Μετά από εξετάσεις έγινε δεκτή ως μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ενδοκρινολογίας, Διαβήτη και Μεταβολισμού (Fellow of the European Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism).

Sotiropoulos Konstantinos is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Erythraia. He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a Master's degree (MSc) in Endocrinology from the same educational institution. He received specialized training in the field of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications at the Vascular Cell Biology and Diabetic Complications department of the Joslin Diabetes Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Subsequently, he held a salaried position at the Joslin Diabetes Center, where he participated in clinical protocols involving diabetic patients, gaining both clinical and research experience. He has been clinically involved in Pathology, the management of diabetes mellitus, and its complications continuously for over 20 years, having worked in hospitals in Greece, and in recent years, he has also been involved in Geriatrics, working in hospitals within the National Health System of Great Britain. Throughout his extensive career, he has received numerous distinctions and awards in Greece and abroad for his research work and has a wealth of scientific publications in both Greek and international journals.

Maria Tziogiou is a Registered Dietitian – Nutritionist, Head of the Dietetics Department at the Athens Medical Center (Psychiko Clinic), and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi.She graduated from the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition of the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly and completed her clinical training at the Dietetic Clinic of KAT General Hospital. She also serves as the Lead Dietitian at the Diabetes Clinic of Palaio Faliro Clinic, with experience in clinical nutrition and individualized nutritional support for people with diverse health and lifestyle needs.In recent years, her professional approach has focused primarily on eating behavior and the development of a healthier and more balanced relationship with food. Katsouni Maria is a Specialist in Internal Medicine and has maintained a private practice in Chalandri since 2001. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed her pathology specialty at the General Hospital "Amalia Fleming," with a subspecialization in Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity. Additionally, she is a member of the Athens Medical Association, the Hellenic Diabetes Association, and the Hellenic Obesity Society.

Dr. Daravagka Pinelopi is a Pathologist-Diabetologist. She maintains a clinic in Marousi and Drosia, Attica. She possesses extensive experience in managing pathological cases such as febrile illnesses-colds, bronchitis, urinary tract infections, among others. She manages the regulation of blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol-triglycerides, uric acid, etc. Having received specialized training in Diabetes Mellitus at the Diabetes Center of Laikon General Hospital, Dr. Daravagka handles cases of Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes, aiming for proper blood sugar control with the ultimate goal of preventing multiple complications. She also specializes in the treatment of obesity and metabolic syndrome using modern medical methods. Additionally, following a thorough clinical examination, she prescribes the necessary preventive tests for each patient (check-up) and issues health certificates. Finally, within the framework of preventive medicine, the doctor recommends the necessary vaccines tailored individually for each patient, always depending on their age and health status.

Maria Mpergele is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her private offices in Nea Ionia and in the center of Athens. She holds a degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from the University of Thessaly and, as part of her continuous professional development, she has attended and continues to attend numerous postgraduate scientific seminars and conferences related to her specialty. She has extensive experience in managing clinical cases (such as Diabetes Mellitus, hypercholesterolemia, thyroid disorders, gut health) and also treats adolescent cases. Diamantopoulos Aristeidis Aris is a graduate physician of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and obtained his professional license in 2015. He was a trainee in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Nea Ionia - Patision from 2016 to 2018, and from 2018 to 2023 he specialized in "Endocrinology – Diabetes – Metabolism" at the Endocrinology Department – Diabetes Center of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos," which has also been certified as a National and European Reference Center for "Pituitary - Adrenal - Thyroid Cancer." Concurrently, since 2021, he has been pursuing a PhD at the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. He has also received awards at conferences, including the "Young ESE Investigator Award 2022" from the European Society of Endocrinology. In addition to clinical and research studies, he has participated in multiple conferences in Greece and abroad, presenting lectures, oral communications, and posters. Sofias Aleksandros - Premedicare is an Endocrinologist, a graduate of the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens. Following two years of training in the Internal Medicine Department of the 7th IKA Hospital and four years of work at the Aspropyrgos refinery clinic as an on-call physician, he specialized in the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". There, he actively participated in the Endocrinology Laboratory - Dynamic Testing Unit, the endocrinology clinic, outpatient clinics, and specialized clinics for Type 1 Diabetes Mellitus, pituitary disorders, diabetic nephropathy, and osteoporosis. Foteini Nika graduated from the Department of Science of Dietetics - Nutrition at Harokopio University in 2016. She continued her academic path by completing the postgraduate program in Applied Dietetics-Nutrition at Harokopio University, specializing in Clinical Nutrition, where she graduated with distinction. Her master's thesis focused on the development and validation of a predictive index for assessing the likelihood of vitamin D deficiency in a pediatric school-aged population. Interested in continuous education and training, she has completed additional postgraduate courses in the following areas: "Stress Management & Health," National and Kapodistrian University of Athens (NKUA), "Eating Disorders," NKUA, “Advanced Dietary Management and the low FODMAP Diet in IBS,” King's College London, and “Online Introduction to Paediatric Nutrition for Health Professionals,” Monash University. She has attended numerous conferences related to her field over time and has also served as a speaker at conferences, seminars, and workshops. She maintains her dietetic practice in Nea Erythraia. Within the framework of her professional experience, she has managed numerous clinical and sports nutrition cases in both adults and children. Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association. 

Pyksara Souzana is a Dietitian - Nutritionist and maintains her practice in Neo Iraklio. She studied at the Technological Educational Institute of Larissa and holds a professional license.​ Her career path led her to recognize the close relationship between psychology and nutrition, which guided her to specialize as a "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" from the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (KEADD).

Pappa Nelli is a specialist Endocrinologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Agia Paraskevi. She has extensive clinical experience in Greece and Germany and is an external collaborator at Metropolitan General Hospital in Cholargos and at the "PEA" Maternity Hospital. She graduated from the Medical School of the University of Patras. She specialized in Endocrinology, Diabetology, and Metabolism at the academic hospital of the University of Duisburg-Essen, EvK Herne in Germany, as well as in the Endocrinology department and the gestational diabetes department of the General Hospital "Alexandra." Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Endocrinological Society and the Athens Medical Association.

Georgakopoulou Stauroula is an Endocrinologist who maintains private practices in Agioi Anargyroi and Nea Filadelfeia. She specialized in the Department of Pathology at the General Hospital of Kyparissia and in the Department of Endocrinology - Metabolism and Diabetes at the General Hospital of Nikaia. His name is included in the official list of healthcare professionals with international certification in Obesity management. He has served as Consultant of the Diabetology Unit and the Obesity Unit at the Athens Medical Center and as Head of the Internal Medicine Department at a private clinic in Peristeri. The physician offers high-level specialized and personalized medical services aimed at the best possible care for each patient, understanding their individual needs. Η Αρετή Δήμητρα Παινέση είναι Διαιτολόγος – Διατροφολόγος και εδρεύει στο Χαλάνδρι, πτυχιούχος του Τμήματος Διατροφής και Επιστήμης Τροφίμων από το Πανεπιστήμιο του Reading του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου, και κάτοχος δύο μεταπτυχιακών τίτλων (MSc Med Sci): στην Κλινική Διατροφή από το Πανεπιστήμιο της Γλασκώβης και στον Σακχαρώδη Διαβήτη & την Παχυσαρκία από την Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών.

Kyriakos K. Trigkidis, MD, MSc is an Internal Medicine and Intensive Care Medicine specialist practising at his private Office in the city of Chalkida, Evia and in the city of Agios Stefanos, Attica (within the premises of "Medica' Medical Centre).

He graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and completed, in the same Faculty, the post-graduate programme on the field of Resuscitation receiving a Master in Science (MSc) Degree. He is currently preparing his Doctoral Thesis on the subject of ultrasound assessment of hemodynamic status of Intensive Care Unit patients. He has contributed to the scientific literature by publishing articles in peer-reviewed, high-profile journals and by presenting his work in international conferences (ISICEM, ESICM).

Dr. Trigkidis completed his specialty training in Internal Medicine and further specialised in Intensive Care Medicine in "Evangelismos" General Hospital of Athens, one of the most prestigious hospitals of the greek Capital. He is registered with the UK General Medical Council as a specialist in General Internal Medicine, having worked as a Senior Clinical Fellow in the Intensive Care Unit of the Royal London Hospital and in the Accident and Emergency Department of Queen's Hospital in London, UK.

Currently, apart from private practice, he is employed as an Intensive Care Medicine specialist in the Intensive Care Unit of Athens Medical Centre.

Mitsou Argyrios is an Internist and has maintained a private practice in Melissia since February 2025. He completed his specialty training at the General Hospital of Attica "Sismanogleio - Amalia Fleming" and has been incorporated into the Family Physician program.

Dr. Dermitzakis Stylianos is a Pathologist, founder and owner of the Premedicare Medical Center. He graduated from the Medical School of the University of Rome "La Sapienza" and holds a postgraduate degree in "Health Unit Management" from the School of Social Sciences of the Hellenic Open University of Patras. Within his specialty training, he served at the 1st IKA Hospital "Papadimitriou," the Regional General Hospital of Attica "Sismanoglio," as well as at the Military Fund Nursing Institution NIMTS. Ο Πλούταρχος Τζούλης, Ενδοκρινολόγος – Διαβητολόγος, είναι επίτιμος Αναπληρωτής Καθηγητής Ενδοκρινολογίας στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL (University College London). Έλαβε τον ιδιαιτέρως τιμητικό τίτλο του FRCP (Lon) από το Βασιλικό Κολλέγιο των Παθολόγων το 2022 σε αναγνώριση της 18ετούς συμβολής του στην πρόοδο της ιατρικής επιστήμης μέσω της κλινικής και ερευνητικής του δραστηριότητας στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία. Επιπλέον του ερευνητικού και διδακτικού του έργου στnν Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL, που συγκαταλέγεται στις 10 κορυφαίες ιατρικές σχολές παγκοσμίως, συνεχίζει το κλινικό του έργο τόσο στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, εκτελώντας καθήκοντα Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου, όσο και στην Ελλάδα, στη Γενική και Μαιευτική Κλινική ΙΑΣΩ.  

Μετά την εισαγωγή του με πανελλήνιες εξετάσεις και αποφοίτησή του από την Ιατρική Σχολή του Εθνικού και Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, μετέβη το 2004 στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία, όπου και εργάστηκε σε κορυφαία Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία μέχρι το 2018. Το 2007 έγινε, μετά από εξετάσεις, τακτικό μέλος του Βασιλικού Κολεγίου των Παθολόγων (Member of the Royal College of Physicians, UK). Μετά την ολοκλήρωση της ειδικότητάς του στην Ενδοκρινολογία και Διαβητολογία στη Μεγάλη Βρετανία (CCT in Endocrinology & Diabetes, UK) και συγκεκριμένα στα Πανεπιστημιακά Νοσοκομεία Royal Free Hospital, University College London Hospital και Whittington Hospital του UCL, τον Φεβρουάριο 2015 ανέλαβε θέση Διευθυντή στην Ενδοκρινολογική - Διαβητολογική Κλινική και Παθολογική Κλινική του Νοσοκομείου Whittington του Λονδίνου. Έλαβε  μεταπτυχιακό τίτλο MSc (Hons) στην Κλινική Ενδοκρινολογία από το Barts & the London School of Medicine, Queen Mary University of London. Aκολούθως, έγινε διδάκτορας (PhD, Doctor of Philosophy) στην Ιατρική Σχολή του UCL μετά την ολοκλήρωση σειράς κλινικών μελετών και της διδακτορικής διατριβής του με θέμα τη διερεύνηση και θεραπεία της υπονατριαιμίας.

Συνεχίζει το ερευνητικό του έργο με βάση το UCL και πλήθος διεθνών συνεργασιών με περισσότερες από 55 δημοσιεύσεις σε έγκριτα διεθνή περιοδικά και περισσότερες από 50 παρουσιάσεις εργασιών και ομιλίες σε βρετανικά, ευρωπαϊκά και αμερικάνικα ιατρικά συνέδρια. Έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στη διάγνωση και αντιμετώπιση όλου του φάσματος των ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων και διαβήτη και το πρωταρχικό του μέλημα είναι η προσφορά υψηλού επιπέδου εξατομικευμένων υπηρεσιών υγείας με βασικό γνώμονα την Ιατρική με βάση την πιο επικαιροποιημένη επιστημονική γνώση (Evidence - Based Medicine).

Η κ. Μοναστηριώτη Νικολέττα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος-Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στη Νέα Κηφισιά. Εχει πραγματοποιήσει την εξειδίκευση της στην Υπερηχογραφίκη εκτίμηση παθήσεων του θυρεοειδούς αδένα, στο αντικαρκινικό νοσοκομείο Πειραιά ''Μεταξά'' και έλαβε την άδεια εκτέλεσης υπερήχων θυρεοειδούς αδένα. Είναι πτυχιούχος της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Πανεπιστημίου Πατρών, απ' όπου και αποφοίτησε το 2013. Ειδικεύτηκε στην Ενδοκρινολογία στη Μονάδα Ενδοκρινολογίας και Κέντρο Μεταβολισμού και Σακχαρώδους Διαβήτη στο Γενικό Νοσοκομείο Αθηνών ''Γεώργιος Γεννηματάς'' και στην Παθολογική κλινική του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Κέρκυρας. Κατά τη διάρκεια της ειδικότητας της, εκπαιδεύτηκε, επίσης, στο τμήμα Κλιμακτηρίου και Εμμηνόπαυσης στη Β' Μαιευτική και Γυναικολογική Κλινική Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών, στις Ενδοκρινικές Παθήσεις κατά την Κύηση στο Ενδοκρινολογικό Τμήμα ΓΝ '' Έλενα Βενιζέλου'' και στην Παιδοενδοκρινολογία στο Ενδοκρινολογικό τμήμα Αύξησης και Ανάπτυξης, Γ.Ν.Π.Α ''Παναγιώτη & Αγλαΐας Κυριακού''. Έχει ολοκληρώσει με επιτυχία τον κύκλο μαθημάτων του Προγράμματος Μεταπτυχιακών σπουδών '"Έρευνα στη γυναικεία αναπαραγωγή'' της Ιατρικής Σχολής του Εθνικού & Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Διατελεί μέλος του Ιατρικού Συλλόγου Αθηνών και της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρείας. Έχει συμμετάσχει σε πληθώρα ελληνικών και διεθνών συνεδρίων και σεμιναρίων Ενδοκρινολογίας και Σακχαρώδους Διαβήτη με συνεχή ενημέρωση για τις εξελίξεις της επιστήμης στον τομέα της. Έχει εκπαιδευτεί και διαθέτει μεγάλη κλινική εμπειρία σε μεγάλο εύρος ενδοκρινολογικών παθήσεων, συμπεριλαμβανομένων του σακχαρώδη διαβήτη, των νοσημάτων θυρεοειδούς και παραθυρεοειδών αδένων, της οστεοπόρωσης και των νοσημάτων του μεταβολισμού ασβεστίου, των διαταραχών εμμήνου ρύσεως και εμμηνόπαυσης, του υπογοναδισμού, των νοσημάτων των επινεφριδίων και της υπόφυσης, της ενδοκρινικής υπέρτασης, της παχυσαρκίας, των διαταραχών λιπιδίων και των ενδοκρινοπαθειών κατά την κύηση. Στο ιατρείο της αντιμετωπίζει εξατομικευμένα και με ενσυναίσθηση τον κάθε ασθενή, με σκοπό την παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου υπηρεσιών.
