Maria Aggeli is a dietitian-nutritionist, graduate of the Department of Nutrition and Dietetics at the Technological Educational Institute of Thessaly.

She completed her internship in the Dietetics-Nutrition department at the General Hospital of Athens "Korgialeneio-Benakeio," where she was trained in counseling, education, and nutritional support of patients.

She participated in the study "Macronutrient content and food exchanges for 48 Greek Mediterranean dishes," which was published in the scientific journal "Nutrition & Dietetics: the journal of the Dietitians Association of Australia."

As part of lifelong learning, she attended seminars related to the latest scientific data on nutrition as well as specialized training programs, such as the Clinical Nutrition program at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, the "Master Practitioner in Eating Disorders and Obesity" at the Center for Education and Treatment of Eating Disorders (K.E.A.D.D), and the "Counseling and Communication Skills for Dietitians" and "Beyond the Limits of Dieting" programs at the Center for Mental Applications (KE.PSY.EF.), aiming for a holistic approach to each individual.

Additionally, she worked in a pharmacy for six years, which gave her the opportunity to work closely with individuals experiencing health issues related to nutrition, such as hypertension, dyslipidemia, elevated uric acid, diabetes mellitus, gastroesophageal reflux disease, among others.

Finally, she is a member of the Hellenic Dietitians-Nutritionists Association (HDNA) and, holding a professional license, she works as a freelancer in Keratea, Attica.

Sotiropoulos Konstantinos is a Pathologist - Diabetologist and maintains a private practice in Nea Erythraia. He holds a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens as well as a Master's degree (MSc) in Endocrinology from the same educational institution. He received specialized training in the field of diabetes mellitus and diabetic complications at the Vascular Cell Biology and Diabetic Complications department of the Joslin Diabetes Center at Harvard Medical School in Boston. Subsequently, he held a salaried position at the Joslin Diabetes Center, where he participated in clinical protocols involving diabetic patients, gaining both clinical and research experience. He has been clinically involved in Pathology, the management of diabetes mellitus, and its complications continuously for over 20 years, having worked in hospitals in Greece, and in recent years, he has also been involved in Geriatrics, working in hospitals within the National Health System of Great Britain. Throughout his extensive career, he has received numerous distinctions and awards in Greece and abroad for his research work and has a wealth of scientific publications in both Greek and international journals.

Aggelis Ilias is a Pathologist who runs a private practice in Neo Iraklio. He holds a Medical Degree from the University of Brescia in Lombardy, Italy, and has experience in managing dyslipidemias, infections, and arterial hypertension. He possesses extensive professional experience, having worked as a Pathologist in departments of major hospitals such as Hygeia Hospital and Konstantopouleio - General Hospital of Nea Ionia. Additionally, he is a member of the European Resuscitation Council, the Hellenic Diabetes Association, and the Athens Medical Association. Through his specialization in pathology at the 1st Pathology Clinic of Konstantopouleio General Hospital of Nea Ionia, the doctor is capable of treating a wide range of conditions in his specially equipped facility.

Dr. Theodorakopoulou Afroditi, MD, is a General/Family Physician, graduate of the Medical School of the University of Patras (2006 – 2012) and holder of a Master’s degree (MSc) in Aesthetic Medicine and Therapeutics from Università di Camerino (2020 – 2022). She possesses extensive professional experience in Primary Health Care, having served as a General Medicine Resident at Kalamata Hospital (2016 – 2020), as a Physician at the National Public Health Organization (EODY) (2020 – 2021), and as an Auxiliary Physician – Consultant B’ in General Medicine at the Patision Health Center (2021 – 2025).
