As the founder and lead physician of a private practice, my goal is to provide comprehensive medical care that combines rigorous scientific evidence with a patient-centered approach.

Education & Specialization: I am a member of the Swiss Medical Association and a graduate of Medicine with a Master of Science (MSc) in Social-Preventive Medicine and Quality in Healthcare from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. My clinical experience is multidimensional, having served in critical departments such as Internal Medicine, High Dependency Units (HDU), COVID-19 wards, and Emergency Departments (ER). Additionally, I hold International Certifications in Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) from the National Health Care Provider Solutions (NHCPS) in the USA.

Clinical Focus: Respiratory & Urinary Tract Infections, Metabolic Diseases & Obesity:

With extensive experience in treating obesity, I specialize in the management of patients with cardiometabolic risk factors. At our practice, we treat cases of both upper and lower respiratory tract infections, as well as urinary tract infections. We also manage patients across the full spectrum of cardiometabolic diseases and Chronic Condition Management, including: Arterial Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia (High Cholesterol Levels), Obesity. We offer personalized treatment plans that target the root of metabolic disorders, based on scientific evidence and a patient-centered approach.

Dr. Leventi Eleni MD, MSc is an Internist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and holds a postgraduate degree in "Metabolic Bone Diseases" from the same University. She completed her rural service and specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas." During her specialization, she was extensively involved in the hospitalization and therapeutic management of hundreds of cases, ranging from very simple to severe, and participated in a three-month training in the Infectious Diseases, Intensive Care, and Cardiology Units of the hospital. To this day, in addition to her private practice, she collaborates with the hospitals "Hygeia," "Mitera," and "Euroclinic," where patient hospitalization is possible. Finally, Dr. Leventi stays updated on contemporary medical developments by attending numerous conferences and seminars and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Pinelopi Katsiveli is an Endocrinologist with a private practice in Neo Psychiko. She graduated from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and specializes in cases of endocrine hypertension, adrenal, and pituitary diseases. She completed her residency in Endocrinology at the Endocrinology Department of the General Hospital of Athens "G. Gennimatas" and the Pathology Department of the General Hospital of Patision. Furthermore, during her career, she served as an Attending Physician in the Endocrinology Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital and attended the Endocrinopathies - Diabetes in Pregnancy Clinic at the Endocrinology Department of the University General Hospital - Maternity "Elena Venizelou." She currently serves as the Deputy Director of the Clinical Endocrinology, Metabolism, and Diabetes Department at "Errikos Dynan" Hospital Center. In her practice, she manages cases of both classical endocrinology and diabetology. Additionally, she has published original research articles in international medical journals, presented oral and written abstracts at Greek and international conferences, and has extensive research experience.

Spanoudi Filio MD, PhD is an Endocrinologist - Diabetologist with a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, with a doctoral thesis on diabetes mellitus and thyroid disease, and is a graduate of the Medical School of the University of Padua in Italy. She also holds a postgraduate diploma in Health Unit Management from the Hellenic Open University, with a thesis on polycystic ovary syndrome. She has served as an endocrinology trainee at the Endocrinology Department of the General Maternity Hospital of Athens "Elena Venizelou," where she specialized in pregnancy endocrinology and reproductive endocrinology, as well as a pathology trainee and later scientific collaborator at the B' Propaedeutic Medical Clinic - Research Unit of the University General Hospital "Attikon," where she completed her doctoral dissertation and conducted research on diabetes mellitus. She has extensive research experience with publications of original papers in Greek and international medical journals and presentations at international and Greek conferences. The physician has significant clinical experience and specializes in endocrinological monitoring of pregnancy, thyroid disorders, diabetes, polycystic ovary syndrome, and reproductive endocrinology. The practice also manages cases of osteoporosis, dyslipidemia, obesity, parathyroid gland diseases, pituitary gland disorders, adrenal gland conditions, as well as other diseases related to the scientific fields of Endocrinology, Diabetes Mellitus, and Metabolism. Ο Δημητρούλης Μάνος είναι Κλινικός Διαιτολόγος-Διατροφολόγος με μεταπτυχιακή ειδίκευση στην Αθλητική Διατροφή και διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό του γραφείο στην Γλυφάδα με την επωνυμία Dietstories. Ολοκλήρωσε τις προπτυχιακές και μεταπτυχιακές του σπουδές στο Χαροκόπειο Πανεπιστήμιο Αθηνών. Στην διάρκεια της καριέρας του έχει συνεργαστεί με το το εργαστήριο Διατροφής και Κλινικής Διαιτολογίας του Χαροκοπείου Πανεπιστημίου και συμμετέχει σε δημοσιεύσεις σε διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά σχετικά με την κατάσταση υπεραθλητών μεγάλων αποστάσεων. Έχει διατελέσει υπεύθυνος της διαιτολογικής ομάδας των γυμναστηρίων Joe Weider. Ενώ στην σχεδόν 20ετή του εμπειρία στο πεδίο της Διαιτολογίας-Διατροφής, έχει αντιμετωπίσει πληθώρα διαφορετικών κλινικών περιστατικών και έχει προσεγγίσει σε βάθος ποικίλη θεματολογία. Τα τελευταία 15 χρόνια διατηρεί το Διαιτολογικό του γραφείο "Dietstories", με σκοπό την διατροφική υποστήριξη και παροχή συμβουλευτικής και καθοδήγησης σε άτομα που επιθυμούν να κάνουν αλλαγές στον τρόπο διατροφή τους. Τα τελευταία 6 χρόνια επιχειρεί και στις εγκαταστάσεις του ΟΑΚΑ με συνεργασίες με αθλητικούς συλλόγους, γυμναστήρια και το ευρύ κοινό. Έχει συνεργαστεί επίσης με την ομάδα υδατοσφαίρισης του Παναθηναικού, ενώ το 2018 ανέλαβε την διαιτολογική παρακολούθηση των αθλητών της εθνικής ομάδας κωπηλασίας. Στο site του και στα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης και στο δικό του κανάλι στο Youtube ανεβάζει τις συνταγές του και χρήσιμες πρακτικές πληροφορίες σχετικά με την διατροφή. Επιπλέον αρθρογραφεί σε διάφορα μέσα και έχει ενεργή παρουσία σε μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης σε Ελλάδα και Κύπρο, προωθώντας επιστημονικά τεκμηριωμένες απόψεις για έναν πιο ισορροπημένο τρόπο ζωής. Είναι συγγραφέας 3 βιβλίων μαγειρικής: Dietstories - Cooking edition, Dietstories - Less than 400 kcal & Dietstories No sugar challenge. Katsimardou Aleksandra MD, PhD is an Internist - Military Physician and maintains a private practice in Ampelokipoi. She graduated from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She specialized in Internal Medicine at the 2nd Internal Medicine Clinic of the General Hospital of Thessaloniki "Hippocrates" and holds a PhD from the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki. She has attended postgraduate courses on diabetes mellitus, arterial hypertension, and liver diseases. Furthermore, Dr. Katsimardou has participated as a speaker in national conferences and contributed to authoring published articles in international journals focusing on arterial hypertension, diabetes mellitus, and dyslipidemia.

Kostalas Leonidas is an Internist who maintains a private practice in Cholargos. He holds a PhD from the Democritus University of Thrace and a medical degree from the Semmelweis University Medical School in Budapest. He specialized in Internal Medicine at the General Hospital of Western Attica. He has worked at the General Hospital of Syros, the regional clinic of Arkesini Amorgos, and the General Hospital of Western Attica "Agia Varvara." Additionally, the physician regularly attends numerous seminars and conferences as part of continuous professional development and is a member of the Athens Medical Association.

Specialist Internist - Diabetologist Papadopoulos Paris maintains private practices in downtown Athens and Cholargos. He is a graduate of the English-speaking department of the University of Belgrade. He specialized in Internal Medicine initially at the 7th IKA Therapeutic Hospital and subsequently at the Konstandopouleio - Patision General Hospital of Nea Ionia, where he actively participated in the activities of the Diabetology Center. She holds a PhD from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is a graduate of the same institution. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Biology with a full scholarship from Harvard University. She is affiliated with the "Hygeia" and "Mitera" Hospitals. She specialized in Endocrinology at St. Luke’s and Roosevelt Hospitals in New York, as well as in the Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism department of the General Hospital of Athens "Evangelismos". Additionally, she has participated as a researcher in primary research on brain tumors, specifically apoptosis and clonality analysis, in the Neurosurgery Laboratory at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston. Finally, she has numerous scientific publications and is a member of various associations and scientific societies in Greece and abroad.

Η Λάσπα Έλενα είναι Ενδοκρινολόγος - Διαβητολόγος και διατηρεί το ιδιωτικό της ιατρείο στο Χαλάνδρι. Μέσω πανελληνίων εξετάσεων εισήχθη στην Ιατρική Σχολή Αθηνών το 1990. Μετά από γραπτό διαγωνισμό έλαβε και διατήρησε για όλη τη διάρκεια των σπουδών την υποτροφία του κληροδοτήματος "Αντωνίου Παπαδάκη". Μετά την αποφοίτηση της τον Ιούλιο του 1996 εκπλήρωσε την υπηρεσίας υπαίθρου, στην διάρκεια της οποίας πήρε απόσπαση για τις εφημερίες της στην μονάδα εμφραγμάτων του Γενικού Νοσοκομείου Πρεβέζης. Εν συνεχεία ειδικεύτηκε για 2 έτη στην παθολογία ως προαπαιτούμενη εκπαίδευση για την κύρια ειδικότητα. Εξειδικεύθηκε στην ειδικότητα της Ενδοκρινολογίας στο Πανεπιστημιακό Νοσοκομείο Ιωαννίνων υπό τη διεύθυνση του καθηγητή Α.Τσατσούλη. Ολοκλήρωσε το τελευταίο τμήμα της την ειδικότητας στο St.Mary’s Hospital του Λονδίνου, όπου εξειδικέυθηκε στο υπερηχογράφημα τραχήλου και στις καθοδηγούμενες υπερηχογραφικά παρακεντήσεις όζων θυρεοειδούς αδένα. Παράλληλα με την κλινική της δραστηριότητα στο Λονδίνο, συμμετείχε σε ερευνητικά προγράμματα μελέτης της μεταβλητότητας παραγόντων κινδύνου για την εμφάνιση διαταραχής ανοχής γλυκόζης και αθηροσκληρωτικής νόσου. Μετά το πέρας της ειδικότητας παρέμεινε επιστημονικά ενεργή με την συμμετοχή της σε έρευνες του Πανεπιστημιακού Νοσοκομείου Ιωαννίνων για τον καρκίνο του θυρεοειδούς, για τις ανάγκες της οποίας ανέλαβε μεγάλο αριθμό παρακεντήσεων όζων θυρεοειδούς. Έχει συμμετάσχει ως κλινικός ερευνητής στην Διεθνή κλινική μελέτη Lantus HOE901/3505: ATLANTUS. Επίσης συμμετείχε ως ομιλητής σε πλήθος ελληνικών και διεθνών συνεδρίων. Διεθνή επιστημονικά περιοδικά έχουν φιλοξενήσει δημοσιεύσεις της. Το 2015 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Παραθυρεοειδείς αδένες και μεταβολισμός των οστών" στο διαδικτυακό πόνημα "Σύγχρονο εγχειρίδιο Ενδοκρινολογίας". Το 2016 έγραψε το κεφάλαιο "Pseudohypoparathyroid States" στην Εγκυκλοπαίδεια Ενδοκρινικών Νοσημάτων (Encyclopedia of Endocrine Diseases). Το 2019 ολοκλήρωσε το εκπαιδευτικό πρόγραμμα «Health Coach» του Κέντρου Επιμόρφωσης και Δια Βίου Μάθησης του Εθνικού Καποδιστριακού Πανεπιστημίου Αθηνών. Είναι ένα πρόγραμμα το οποίο προσφέρει γνώσεις και εφόδια «προπονητή υγείας» ,ώστε ο ιατρός με μοντέλα ειδικής προσέγγισης και μεθοδολογίας να ενδυναμώσει τον κάθε άνθρωπο να αλλάξει βλαπτικές συνήθειες και συμπεριφορές και να επιτύχει τους στόχους υγείας που θέτει. Είναι μέλος της Ελληνικής Ενδοκρινολογικής Εταιρίας και της Ελληνικής Εταιρίας Μελέτης Μεταβολισμού των Οστών. Μετά από εξετάσεις έγινε δεκτή ως μέλος της Ευρωπαϊκής Εταιρίας Ενδοκρινολογίας, Διαβήτη και Μεταβολισμού (Fellow of the European Board of Endocrinology, Diabetes and Metabolism).

Roussou Maria MD, PhD is a Specialist Physician in Internal Medicine and has maintained a private practice in Chalandri since 2009. She holds a degree and a Doctorate from the Medical School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and also possesses a postgraduate specialization in "Diabetes Mellitus and Obesity" from the 2nd Propedeutic Clinic of the Medical School of the University of Athens. She has worked as a Specialist Scientific Collaborator and University Fellow at the Therapeutic Clinic of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, engaging in clinical, teaching, research, and scientific activities. Furthermore, Dr. Roussou has participated in numerous research studies published in Greek and international conferences and journals. The internal medicine clinic was established with the aim of prevention, diagnosis, and treatment to promote health, addressing issues related to specific internal medicine disciplines, including diabetes mellitus, hypertension, infections, and cardiometabolic diseases.
